Marriage
My question as follows if some one make marriage contract with a virgin woman, that kind of contract not acceptable without the presence of her wali/parent(Father).
Four straight questions
Urge eager to marry.
Second marriage lawful.
Negotiation of Mehr
Marry hindu revert.
Marriage with intention to divorce.
Intention for revert.
Inform groom of past engagement.
I know what I am doing is not right according to logic, but is it allowed in Islam to dedicate oneself to a man this way?

So my question is that under certain circumstances, if a Muslim wants (or has) to follow this Sunnah of Prophet Mohammad P.B.U.H. and the un-Islamic and against the Sharia law of this country prohibits him to perform second Nikah.
