My question is that now a days muslims are in terrible state through out the world.They are being beaten in the name of fundamenatalist and terrorist.Take the example of muslims in Afghanistan,Chenya ,Phalestine and many others.However they have not tried to bring any harm to the people of world specially in Afghanistan but western world are trying their level best to vanish from the earth.Further what do you suggest tha major root cause which contributed towards this sorrow state of muslims and remedy with reference to the Qurran and Sunnah.

Root cause of current Muslim affairs

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol,  no person,  no grave, no prophet,  no imam,  no dai,  nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad(saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

 

Sunan of Abu-Dawood Hadith 4284  Narrated by Thawban

The Prophet (saws) said of a time that will come upon the believers:  “The (disbelieving) people will soon summon one another to attack you (the believers), as people when eating, invite others to share their dish.”   A noble companion of the Messenger of Allah (saws) asked: “Will that be because of our small numbers at that time?”  He (saws) replied:  “No, you will be numerous at that time: but you will be scum and rubbish like that carried down by a torrent; and Allah will take out your fear from the breasts of your enemy, and put ‘wahn’ (enervation) into your hearts.”   The companion asked:  “O Messenger of Allah (saws),  what is ‘wahn’ (enervation)?”  He (saws) replied: “Love of the world, and dislike of death.”

 

In the above quoted prophecy of the times to come upon the believers, the Messenger of Allah (saws) gave two basic causes why the enemies of the believers will get the upper hand over the state of the believers:

The believers will be engrossed in the love of the world, rather than the life of the Hereafter.

The believers will love to live a long life on this earth and enjoy the collecting of its transient pleasures, rather than the eternal and everlasting life of the Hereafter; and thus they would dislike death!

      

And the above two conditions stated by the Messenger of Allah (saws) came into effect because the muslims are guilty of one crime:  ‘We left the Guidance and Teachings of the Quran and Sunnah.’

 

When the believers left the Guidance and Teachings of the Quran and Sunnah, they undermined their mission and goal of success in the Hereafter; and began to love the world and its transitory trappings.   Thus, in that race, the believers are at par with the disbelievers; because they too have left their religion.  

 

But in the race of this world, the disbelievers organized themselves better and made available better resources for themselves; and have thus taken the lead from the muslim nations in the race to acquire superior technology, armies, government systems, financial systems, manufacturing, etc.  While the muslim nations and their leaders and ulemas were busy fighting amongst themselves and building small inconsequential city-states to rule in lines of family, race, color, language, etc., and building palaces and magnificent thrones for themselves, or spending enormous amounts in their own fake pomp and show; the disbelievers were uniting themselves, building their nations and their systems of governance, and spending their wealth in creating infrastructure, building arms and nuclear stations and technology and propaganda machines that would help them export their products and their culture to every corner of the world.  

 

Thus, when the muslims left their religion, and the Guidance and Teachings of the Quran and Sunnah;  they lost both,  the world and the Hereafter!   As long as the muslim adhered to the Guidance and Teachings of the Quran and the Sunnah, they ruled a major portion of the world undisputed for almost a thousand years!!!   

 

Unless and until the muslims wake up from their subjugated state, leave aside their differences which are based on languages, or color,  or nationalities,  etc. and unite as One United Muslim Ummah, and accept,  follow and obey the Guidance of Allah and His Messenger (saws);   they will remain in this state of subjugation!  

 

And that is precisely what is igniting the current conflict between the world’s so called ‘super-powers’ and the believers today!  The disbelievers will basically focus on two things to retain their superiority:

They will resist with everything in their arsenal, to make sure the muslim nations remain dis-united.

They will use everything in their power and unleash their most vicious propaganda and armies to make sure they banish ‘Islam’, and all that Islam stands for, from the face of this earth!  

 

Although the disbelieving and self-supposed ‘super-powers’ think they have the power to do anything they wish; little do they realize that Real Power and Real Strength is in the Sole Hands and Domain of Allah Subhanah Alone!  

 

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 8 Surah Anfaal verse 30 (part): They (the disbelievers) plot and plan, and Allah too plans; but the Best of Planners is Allah.

 

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 3 Surah Ale-Imran verse 19:Indeed, Islam is the ONLY Right Way of life in the sight of Allah.

 

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 9 Surah Taubah verse 33:He is Allah, Who has sent His Messenger with guidance and the Right Way so that He may make it (Al-Islam) prevail over all the other ‘deens’,  even though the pagans be much opposed to it.

 

Thus, what happens in this world is not what the disbelievers or the self-supposed ‘super-powers’ wish; but what happens and will happen depends on the Plan and Design and Will of the Supreme Lord Alone!

 

History is proof that the believers have been through much worse and tougher times than which are prevalent in current times; and with the help of Allah Subhanah they regained their honor and their position.   If Allah Subhanah Wills, He can destroy all the Sharons’, and the Bushs’, and the Putins’, and the Blairs’ and all the evil oppressors and tyrants with One Command!  But that is not the Way or Sunnah of Allah Subhanah.   He never changes the condition of a people, unless the people change themselves!

 

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 13 Surah Raad verse 11 (part): Verily never will Allah change the condition of a people, until they change it themselves!      

 

The muslims alone are to be blamed for the condition they are presently in; for Allah Subhanah has indeed blessed and has had Mercy on the condition of the believers more than they deserve!  Had it not been for the Mercy and Grace of Allah Subhanah, and had it not been for the Design and Plan of the Supreme Lord, we would indeed have been ruined!  

 

The sooner the muslims, be they individuals, rulers,  scholars,  or nations,  wake up from their slumber,  the sooner they hold fast and hard to the Guidance of the Quran and Sunnah and unite themselves,  the faster they will get out of the subjugation and slavery of the self-imposed ‘super-powers’ and become the true vicegerents and Khalifas of Allah Subhanah on the earth!

 

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 2 Surah Baqarah verse 120: Never will the Jews or the Christians be satisfied with thee, unless thou follow their ‘millah’ or way of life.  Say: "The guidance of Allah that is the (only) guidance."   Wert thou to follow their desires after the knowledge which hath reached thee, then wouldst thou find neither protector nor helper against Allah.

 

The believers have to choose one of the two options:

They either follow the Guidance of Allah Subhanah, and do deeds that will earn them the Pleasure and Good Will of Allah Subhanah, or,

They follow the way of the disbelievers, and do deeds that will earn them the pleasure and acceptance of the disbelievers!

 

If we are sincere about regaining our honor as believers and vicegerents of The Merciful on this earth, we are left with one option, and one option only:  Follow the Guidance of Allah Subhanah Alone; that is the only path that will lead to success in this world and in the Hereafter. 

 

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me.  Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.
