Answer:
Place something
above Quran
In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His
help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide,
and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear
witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear
witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His
Messengers.

When one is in possession of an extremely valuable gift
which one has received from one’s ultimate loved one, it is only natural and
obvious that one would strive to honor that invaluable gift.
There is absolutely no doubt that the Glorious Quran is
the very Words of the Lord Most Majestic Who Created everything in
existence….and it is only natural and obvious that one who has professed belief
in their Lord Creator, stands in absolute awe, and fear, and in obedience unto
His every Command and His every Guidance…it is only natural that one will
strive his utmost to honor the Book of Mercy which their Lord Most Gracious has
sent unto them.
What is indeed of paramount importance and significance in
Islam is that the Commands and the Guidance and the Laws which are declared by
the Lord Most Majestic in His Glorious Quran are held in honor, and
unconditionally obeyed and followed above and before every other command,
guidance and laws made by any in creation….for that then would be akin to piety
and righteousness in the Sight of Allah Subhanah.

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 59 Surah
Hashr verse 21:
21 Had We sent down this Qur'an on a mountain verily thou would have
seen it humble itself and cleave asunder for fear of Allah such are the
similitudes which We propound to men that they may reflect.
If one sincerely believes in Allah and the Last Day, is
constantly in absolute awe of Allah Subhanah, His Messenger (saws), and His
Revealed Books, is foremost in obeying the Commands and the Guidance of Allah and
His Messenger (saws)….if such a person in advertently happens to place
something above the Glorious Quran with absolutely no intention to dishonor or
disrespect the Words of Allah Subhanah in the very least….there is absolutely
no harm.
But if one places something evil above the Glorious Quran
with the sole intention to dishonor, disrespect, or discredit the Book of Allah
Subhanah…..indeed such a person would be held severely accountable for his
transgression in the Presence of his Lord on that Inevitable and Tumultuous Day
of Judgment.
Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 1.1 Narrated by Umar bin Al Khattab
I heard Allah's Messenger (saws) saying,
"The reward of deeds depends upon the intentions and every person will get
the reward according to what he has intended.”
Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only
due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me
alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is
the Only Source of Strength.

well wisher in Islam,
