Answer:

Fasting of non muslims

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

If one is found guilty of ‘treason’ to the land or nation one lives in, absolutely regardless of the good one might have done in that land, the law of the land will never ever forgive or overlook that persons ultimate crime of ‘treason’!

Similarly the absolute abomination and heinous act of disbelief in the Sight of Allah Subhanah is such that it completely obliterates all the seemingly good deeds one might have done.

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chatper 18 Surah Kahf verse 105:

105    They are those who deny the Signs of their Lord and the fact of their having to meet Him (in the Hereafter): vain will be their works nor shall We on the Day of Judgment assign them any weight.

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chatper 16 Surah Anaam verse 88:

88      This (Al-Islam) is the guidance of Allah: He giveth that guidance to whom He Pleases of His worshippers.  If they were to join other gods with Him all that they did would be vain for them.

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chatper 7 Surah Aaraaf verse 147:

147    Those who reject Our signs and the meeting in the hereafter, vain are their deeds.

As meritorious the worship of fasting may be in the Sight of Allah Subhanah, if one does not believe in Allah and the Last Day all their deeds will be absolutely unacceptable and worthless in the Sight of Allah Subhanah.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone.  Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.

Your brother and well wisher in Islam,

Burhan
