Dear brother Burhan,

I have read your answer to a letter on the subject noted above.

I am surprised that a person has written you such a vulgar letter. The person who wrote this letter seems to be an adult but he is such a stupid person that he does not know what is wrong and what is right. I think that person was making fun of you. It appears to me that that the person is psychologically pathetic that he dared to ask you such question under the pretext of pleasing Allah.

I would suggest that in future you should avoid answering such questions but suggest to the person to go and see a shrink.

You are doing a first class work. Please keep it ups and do not let fools to spoil it

Questions making fun of forum

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person,  no grave, no prophet,  no imam,  no dai,  nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

 

Dear and Beloved Brother in Islam, may Allah Subhanah reward you with the best of this world and the Hereafter for your sincere and genuine concern towards us and the forum.  The approved way of life called Al-Islam is absolutely vast and concerns every single aspect of human life.   It may be that what you have said is true and the person might be making fun of us; but it is also possible that the brother was genuine in his query and wished proper guidance on the matter.  

 

It is Allah Subhanah Alone Who Knows the secrets of one’s hearts and the intentions behind each and every deed of each and every being in creation.  The duty and responsibility we have taken upon ourselves is to take every statement and question at face value, and address those statements in light of the guidance of the Quran and the Sunnah.  Even if there was a 1% probability that the brother might be seeking guidance, then it would indeed be wrong on our part to assume the brother’s intentions and disregard his concerns. 

 

We would rather have 99 people make fun of us and have a laugh at the expense of insignificant and humble slaves of Allah like us in the life of this transient world, than face the one brother in the Court of Allah Subhanah who genuinely sought guidance and understanding on a matter in the deen and remained unanswered.

 

We genuinely appreciate your concern for us and the forum, and hope that you will understand the enormity of the responsibility we have taken upon ourselves in this Noble Cause of Allah Subhanah seeking nothing but His Pleasure, His Mercy, and the forgiveness of our innumerable and immeasurable sins.  We hope, beg, and pray the Merciful Lord accepts our humble and weak efforts, forgives us our many shortcomings,  and saves you, us,  and all the believers from the torment of the Hell Fire.  Ameen.

 

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me.  Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.
