11) Chapter: The Diyah for a fetus; and the Diyah for accidental killing and the ambiguous killing must be paid by the shahiqilah of the killer
This hadith has been narrated on the authority of Mansur with the same chain of transmitters.
11) باب دِيَةِ الْجَنِينِ وَوُجُوبِ الدِّيَةِ فِي قَتْلِ الْخَطَإِ وَشِبْهِ الْعَمْدِ عَلَى عَاقِلَةِ الْجَانِي
حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَاتِمٍ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ مِثْلَ مَعْنَى حَدِيثِ جَرِيرٍ وَمُفَضَّلٍ .
