Surah 2 verse 101
Mu' meneen Brothers and Sisters,
As Salaam Aleikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh.

I am
looking for the Quranic Ayah where Allah warns Muslim - not to be like those
either before us or Jews, who throw half the book behind their backs as if they
dont even know it exists....
can
you tell me which ayah this is please.

Answer:
In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His
help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and
whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness
that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that
Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.
My dear beloved brother, The Ayah you requested is in the
Holy Quran Surah Baqarah Chapter 2 verse 101
"And when came to them a Messenger from
Allah, confirming what was with them, a party of the people of the book threw
away the Book of Allah behind their backs, as if (it had been something) they
did not know!"
Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only
due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is only ones.
Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.
