I have a question that how to perform burial Pray ( Namaz E Janaza) of eunuchs (Hijarha)??

Property distribution of eunuchs

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

The burial prayer of an eunuch believer is exactly the same as any other believer.

 

Your Question: ….What are the rights of eunuchs (Hijarha)in property distribution?? 

An eunuch is categorized into three types:

1. The organs and the appearance of one who is closer to the males than to the females; such an eunuch will be considered a male and he will receive his inheritance according to the prescribed share of a male heir.
2. The organs and the appearance of one who is closer to the females than to the males; such an eunuch will be considered a female and she will receive her inheritance according to the prescribed share of a female heir.
3. One whose gender is difficult to ascertain and they are termed as ‘Khunsa Mushkil’ in Islamic Jurisprudence.  The scholars of ‘fiqh’ have determined that for such types of eunuchs whose gender is difficult to ascertain, their inheritance will neither be according to the prescribed share of the male heirs (2x), nor the female heirs (1x), but rather exactly in between the two: ie. 1½x.
