Asking from awliya
Mu' meneen Brothers
and Sisters,
As Salaam Aleikum wa
Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh. (May Allah's Peace, Mercy and Blessings be
upon all of you)
One of our
brothers/sisters has asked this question:
Assalam-alaikum
Burhan,
Allhumdulliah I am
doing alrite by Allah's grace and hope the same with you. Brother do you
believe Allah's blessing is closer to Muttaque, a person doing praying
everytime, hafiz than a regular ordinary person. ........... (yes or no). Yes
of-course we can't say who is closer to Allah and HIS blessing. But there
are many references that Muttaque, hafiz are more closer. And if Allah is
happy with them can't the prayer of those persons be accepted or answered?.
Do you believe that Muhammed PUBH has been blessed of A position in the
hierearchy if my huzoor do prayer for me can't it be answred , and yes don't
forget that Huzoor PUBH is Allah BELOVED of All.
Next thing about
shrik. Bother is it not true that Shrik or not depends on the
"Niyaah". If that is not, thnt asking someone for help even a few
bugs as you are asking the person not Allah for help..which is according to you
a Shrik. Allah has blessed that person with lot of money , and it is going to
be his/her test weather he lend the money or not , and test of the person
asking. And not a case of Shrik. And same as Allah blessing is closer to
some person than to other.. and off-course one shouldn't be off-heart from
blessing of allah, we could go for that person not as a subtitute (nausibillah)
but as Allah's beloved person!.
Brother , I am
haqueer ..in knowledge.. Forgive me if I said anything which may have hurt you
or your feeling . May Allah forgive me for the things which I said
wrong...Ameen
Brother

Asking from awliya
In the name of Allah, We praise
Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none
can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright.
We bear witness that there is no one (no idol,
no person, no grave, no
prophet, no imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness
that Muhammad(saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.
Allah says in the Holy
Quran Chapter 2 Surah Baqarah verse 186:And if My servants ask you, O Prophet,
concerning Me, tell them that I am quite near to them. I hear and answer the prayer of the
suppliant, when he calls on Me. So let them respond to My call and believe
in Me. (Convey this to them), perhaps
they may be guided aright!
Allah Says in the Holy
Quran Chapter 27 Surah Naml verse 62:Or who (but Allah) listens to the (soul)
distressed when it calls on Him, and who relieves its suffering and makes you
(mankind), inheritors of the
earth? (Can there be another) god
besides Allah? Little it is that ye
heed!
Allah Subhanah is the Creator of
all, and He listens and responds to the prayers of all who call unto Him. Indeed, it is true that Allah Subhanah is
closer to those pious believers who truly worship and fear Him.
Indeed, if you were alive at the
time of the Prophet (saws) and you approached him to supplicate Allah Subhanah
for you, it is expected that Allah Subhanah would respond to the supplications
of His beloved Prophet (saws).
But today, the Messenger of
Allah (saws) is dead and buried in his grave, and thus he cannot hear our
supplications or respond to them. But
Allah Subhanah is Alive, and He Never dies; thus it is only right and proper
for the believers to beseech the Merciful Lord Alone for all their needs.
If one starts invoking and
supplicating the Prophet (saws) or any other person buried in the grave, and
assumes that the person has the power to hear his supplications and respond to
it, he would raise that dead person to the rank of Allah Subhanah, Who Alone is
All Hearing, All Seeing. And the
sharing of any of Allah Subhanah’s Exclusive Attributes with any of His
creation is considered manifest ‘shirk’ in the sight of Allah.
Your Statement: then asking someone for help even a few bugs
as you are asking the person not Allah for help..which is according to you a
Shrik.
Beloved brother in Islam, maybe
due to our own shortcoming, we have not been able to explain the concept of
‘shirk’ to you.
When one communicates and asks
another person for a few dollars or some material help, that is not considered
‘shirk’ in the least. But say, if a
person sitting in Japan invokes the help of a person who is in Australia,
without any means of any communication, and believes that the person sitting
thousands of miles away is All-Hearing and can hear his invocation and respond
to his needs; then it would indeed be a manifestation of shirk! Or if the person invokes the help of a
person who is dead and buried, and believes that the dead person can somehow
hear his supplication and respond to it or help him in any way, then it would
be a manifestation of the heinous crime of ‘shirk’!
Shirk is when someone invokes
and believes that some being, some idol,
some dead person in the grave,
or anything other than Allah Subhanah can help him in the ‘unseen’!
Allah Says in the Holy
Quran Chapter 46 Surah Ahqaf verses 4-6: Prophet, say to them, "Have you
ever seen them with open eyes those whom you invoke instead of Allah? Show me
what they have created in the earth? Or have they any share in the creation and
control of the heavens? Bring me a Book revealed before this, or produce some
remnant of knowledge in support of your beliefs if you are truthful." And
who could be further astray than the one who invokes, instead of Allah, those
who cannot answer him till the Day of Resurrection. Nay, they are even UNAWARE
THAT THEY ARE BEING INVOKED. And when all mankind shall be gathered together
(on the Day of Qiyamah), they (the so called leaders and intercessors) will
become enemies of those who invoked them and they will DISOWN THEIR WORSHIP!!!
Whatever written of Truth and
benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error
is of me. Allah Alone Knows Best and He
is the Only Source of Strength.
Your Brother in
Islam,
