Answer:
Is aqiqa qurbani
fard
In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His
help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide,
and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear
witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear
witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His
Messengers.
Q-1: is akika necessery before qurbani as it is a common
practice to perform akkika before akika
The sacrifice of ‘aqiqa’ and of the Day of Adha are
absolutely unrelated!
The ‘Aqiqa’ sacrifice which one offers on the 7th
day of the birth of one’s off-spring is not obligatory, but rather an extremely
preferred Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah (saws). If one offers the ‘aqiqa’ sacrifice at the
birth of one’s off-spring one would be eligible to receive a huge reward from
their Lord; and if for any reason one does not offer it, there is no sin.
The ‘Qurbani’ on the Day of Adha is obligatory only for
the believers who are actually on the Hajj pilgrimage; for the believers who
are not actually on the Hajj pilgrimage, the ‘Qurbani’ on the Day of Adha is
voluntary. If one who is not on the Hajj
pilgrimage offers the ‘qurbani’ on the Day of Adha for the Sake of Allah, one
would be eligible to receive a huge reward from their Lord for their worship;
and if for any reason one chooses not to offer the sacrifice, there is no sin
upon them.
Q-2: i have property i have gold still i have some loan (
depth ) on me is qurbani Sacrifice fardh on me
The ‘Qurbani’ on the Day of Adha is only obligatory (fard)
for the believers who are actually performing the Hajj pilgrimage….for the
believers who are not on the Hajj pilgrimage the ‘qurbani’ on the Day of Adha
is voluntary (Sunnah).
Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only
due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me
alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is
the Only Source of Strength.

well wisher in Islam,
Burhan
