Dear Brother in
Islam,
Assalamualaikum,
May Almighty Allah
bestowed His Blessing upon you, realy you are rendering a great service to help
brothers & sisters to clear their doubts. Some question we can't ask
directly to any one, because of privacy, but through e-mail there is not such
things.
Anyhow there is no
any shy in clearing our doubts, I am herewith forwarding my questions to
you through one of my friends mail. Please reply and clear my doubts.

(1) During fasting sexual intercourse is Haram, it isclearly mentioned in
Quran, there is no doubt. but I want to know can we sleep with our husband
during fast, can kiss each other, If my husband fondle or press my breast or I
touches his organ then there is any affect in our Fast.
(2) Can We slept
together complete naked embracing each other whole night and put bed sheet on
us.
(3) My husband
fingering my xxxx (private part), and I got ejaculation, are it is forbidden,
and if we do so can ghusul is obligatory on me.
(4) Once my
husband offered me his penis to suck, for his pleasure I sucked, then he
ejaculated in my mouth, little of semen I swallowed, can it is forbidden.
If he offer me again what can I do, I don't want to make him angry. Pls advice,
if I do so and if
it is sin , the
sin on me or my husband.
(5) Sometimes I
masturbate my husband Organ, and he got ejaculate, some drops of semen will
fall on my dress, is semen is unclear, can I make prayer on the same dress
without washing.
(5) We are living
in S/Arabia in single bedroom flight with our child who is 1 year old, we use
to have intercourse after his sleep, sometimes he will awake when we are busy
in intercourse, then what we can do, it is haram or any unpleasing work.
(7) sometime my
husban making love with me infront of our son (not intercourse) only kissing
and fondling pressing and kissing the breast, if I ask him not to do, then he
will tell I will get another time to make love with you. Sometime he
offers me his penis for play to fondle etc, this act will not seen by our
child, my husband playing with my child on his chest and I am playing with his
penis from bottom, is it is Haram.
(8) When I was
pregnant my husband clear the hair of my secret parts, at that time I was not
able to do it properly due to my stomach. Now also he asking to do so, can I
accept his offer, and he also asking me to clear his hair of private parts too.
(9) If we take
bath together in bathroom, it permissible and during bath if my husband have
intercourse in standing position in bath room there is any harm.
(10) Last question
is when I in my period, my husband use to play with my buttocks and and anus
hole with finger and rubbing his penis over my anus hole (not Putting inside)
and ejaculating. Is this haram.

Answer:
In the name of Allah, We praise
Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can
misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We
bear witness that there is no one (no idol,
no person, no grave, no
prophet, no imam, no dai,
nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that
Muhammad(saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

There is absolutely no harm if a
husband and wife sleep together when fasting,
or they kiss each other, of the
husband fondles or presses the breast of his wife, of his wife touches the private part of the husband; these things do not invalidate the fast.
What does invalidate the fast is
if something is released from the private parts of the man or the woman, or man and woman actually engage themselves
in intercourse. Thus if one is unable
to control him/her self, they should
abstain from this act while fasting, as
there is always a fear that in such situations one may lose control and thus
may engage in actual sexual intercourse,
or something might be released from the private parts due to arousal.
But if one has control over
his/her self, the deeds that you have listed by themselves do not invalidate
the fast in any way.
Q-(2): Can We slept together complete naked embracing each other
whole night and put bed sheet on us.
There is absolutely no veil or
purdah between the sacred relationship of a husband and a wife in Islam. It is absolutely permissible for a husband
and a wife to sleep, stand, sit,
or do whatever they wish whole night or whole day, with or without a bed-sheet or any
covering!
(3) My husband fingering my xxxx
(private part), and I got ejaculation, are it is forbidden, and if we do so can
ghusul is obligatory on me.
There is absolutely no harm for
the husband to touch or play with the private parts of his wife, or for the wife to touch or play with the
private parts of her husband.
If this results in an
ejaculation for the husband, the ghusl
is obligatory on him; and if this
results in an ejaculation for the wife, the ghusl is obligatory on her.
Q-(4) : Once my husband offered

The Quran and Sunnah are silent
on this issue, and no one asked the
Prophet(saws) about this issue, nor did
he ever mention anything about it.
Thus one cannot say it is ‘haraam’.
And because this act is a later development and deviation of man, we
have to rely on the jurists amongst the scholars for an opinion.
The scholars are almost
unanimous in their opinion, that this
act of ‘blow-job’ is un-natural, unclean and impure, and thus closer to the forbidden in Islam. Some scholars have also termed it absolutely
forbidden.
The Messenger of Allah(saws)
said that in Islam, “The ‘halaal’ is evident,
and the ‘haraam’ is also evident.
Between the ‘halaal’ and the ‘haraam’ there are some gray matters, and anyone who also stays away from these
gray matters, has indeed purified his
soul.”
Q-(5): Sometimes I masturbate my husband Organ, and he got ejaculate,

Sahih Muslim Hadith
566 Narrated byAisha
A person stayed in
the house of Aisha and in the morning began to wash his garment. Aisha said:
“In case you saw it (i.e. drop of semen), it would have served the purpose (of
purifying the garment) if you had simply washed that spot; and in case you did not see it, it would
have been enough to sprinkle water around it, for when I saw that on the
garment of the Messenger of Allah (saws), I simply scraped it off and he
offered prayer, while putting that on.”
Sahih Al-Bukhari
Hadith 1.229 Narrated by Aisha
I used to wash the
traces of Janaba (semen) from the clothes of the Prophet (saws), and he used to go for prayers while traces
of water were still on it (water spots were still visible).
In light of the above
narrations from Hadrat Aisha (r.a.), it
would suffice if you could wash the places where the semen has fallen, and be available for prayer. If the semen has dried, there is no harm in scraping the semen with
the nails.

572 Narrated by Aisha
Abdullah ibn Shihab
al-Khawlani reported: I stayed in the house of Aisha and had a wet dream (and
perceived its effect on my garment), so (in the morning) I dipped both (the
clothes) in water. This (act of mine) was watched by a maid-servant of Aisha
and she informed her. She (Aisha) sent me a message: “What prompted you to act like this with your clothes?” He (the narrator) said: “I told that I saw
in a dream what a sleeper sees.” She
said: “Did you find (any mark of the fluid) on your clothes?” I said: “No.” She said: “Had you found anything you should have washed it. In
case I found that (semen) on the garment of the Messenger of Allah (peace be
upon him) dried up, I scraped it off with my nails.”
Q-(6): We are living in S/Arabia in single bedroom flight with our child

will awake when we are busy in intercourse, then what we can do, it is haram or any unpleasing work.
There is absolutely no harm or
sin if a husband and wife engage in sexual intercourse in presence of a
new-born or infant who has not reached the age of recognition. But it would be prudent and purer to apply
common-sense and abstain from engaging in sexual intercourse in front of a
child above recognition age (about 12 months).
Q-(7): sometime my husban making love with me infront of our son (not
intercourse) only kissing and fondling pressing and kissing the breast, if I
ask him not to do, then he will tell I will get another time to make love with
you. Sometime he offers me his penis for play to fondle etc, this act
will not seen by our child, my husband playing with my child on his chest and I
am playing with his penis from bottom, is it is Haram.
There is absolutely no harm or
sin in the husband playing sexually with the wife in the presence of a new-born
or infant who has not reached the age of recognition, especially if he cannot see, or understand, or wonder what is happening.
Q-(8): When I was pregnant my husband clear the hair of my secret parts,
At that time I was not able to
do it properly due to my stomach. Now also he asking to do so, can I accept his
offer, and he also asking me to clear his hair of private parts too.
There is absolutely no veil or
hijaab between a husband and a wife in the sacred relationship of
marriage. There is absolutely no harm
or sin if the husband clears the unwanted hair of the wife, or the wife clears the unwanted hair of the
husband, if they wish to do so.
Q-(9): If we take bath together in bathroom, it permissible and during
bath if my husband have intercourse in standing position in bath room there is
any harm.
There is absolutely no harm or
restriction in the husband and wife having a bath together, or having sexual intercourse in the bathroom
in a standing, sitting, or any position they may wish.
Q-(10): Last question is when I in my period, my
husband use to play with
my buttocks and and anus hole
with finger and rubbing his penis over my anus hole (not Putting inside) and
ejaculating. Is this haram.
There is absolutely no harm if
the husband plays with the flesh of the buttocks of his wife; but he should avoid touching or penetrating
the hole with his finger or with his penis,
as this act is considered impure,
unclean, unhealthy and
unnatural. As long the husband does
not ejaculate in the (back) hole itself,
he may ejaculate anywhere he wishes.
Whatever written of Truth and
benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error
is of me. Allah Alone Knows Best and He
is the Only Source of Strength.
