Answer:
Wash hands with soap
water
In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His
help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide,
and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear
witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear
witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His
Messengers.

Respected brother in Islam, Allah Subhanah has made the
deen of Islam as easy to follow as possible.
If the Lord had Commanded that every time one answers the call of nature
one must wash their hands with soap and water, perhaps that would have been a
burden which would have been difficult for the believers to follow at all
times.
The Law does not state that one cannot wash one’s hands
with soap or any other cleansing tool after one answers the call of nature; and
if one has access to soap or any other cleansing tool, it would only be prudent
for one to utilize it and thoroughly cleanse oneself.
The cleansing of one’s private parts (and hands) with
water is the absolute minimum one is required to do after one has answered the
call of nature.

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chatper 5 Surah
Maidah verse 6 (part):

Question: ….ALLAH Says u have to take bath after that but what if we dont find
water can we get clean after cermonial impurity without water ?
Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chatper 5 Surah
Maidah verse 6:
6 O ye who believe! When ye prepare for prayer wash your faces and
your hands (and arms) to the elbows; rub your heads (with water); and (wash)
your feet to the ankles. If ye are in a
state of ceremonial impurity bathe your whole body. But if ye are ill or on a journey or one of
you cometh from offices of nature or ye have been in contact with women and ye
find no water then take for yourselves clean sand or earth and rub therewith
your faces and hands. Allah doth not wish to place you in a
difficulty but to make you clean and to complete His favor to you that ye may
be grateful.
If one is in a state of ceremonial or major impurity, it
is absolutely obligatory that one perform a full bath or ‘ghusl’ before one
makes themselves available for prayer.
But there might come circumstances in one’s life where one
is on a journey, or one is ill whereby the touching of water might harm their
well-being, or one is at a place where one has absolutely no access to
water…and one happens to be in the state of impurity and the time of prayer has
approached….then instead of leaving one’s obligatory prayer, as a Mercy from
their Lord and to make the observance of the deen easy for the believers, The
Lord Most Merciful has guided the believers to simply rub their hands and face
with clean sand or earth in their effort to cleanse oneself from their state of
impurity. Then when one reaches a place
where one has access to water, one may physically cleanse oneself to one’s
hearts content.
Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only
due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me
alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is
the Only Source of Strength.

well wisher in Islam,
