Man kisses a woman unlawfully hadith.
Mu' meneen Brothers and Sisters,
As Salaam Aleikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh.

One of our brothers/sisters has asked
this question:
Dear
Brother,
As
Salaam Aleikum wa Rahamtullahi wa Barakatuh
Ibn
Mas`ud (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: A man kissed a woman. So he
came to the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) and informed him about it. Then Allah
revealed this Ayah: "And perform the Salat, between the two ends of the
day and in some hours of the night. Verily, the good deeds efface the evil
deeds (i.e., minor sins).'' (11:114) The man asked the Messenger of Allah
(PBUH) whether this applies to him only. The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said,
"It applies to all of my Ummah.'' [Al-Bukhari and Muslim].
Person who perform Salat properly can he kiss any women?
Please guide me to understand this Hadith.

Answer:
Man kisses a woman
unlawfully hadith
In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His
help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide,
and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear
witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear
witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His
Messengers.
Your Question: ….Person who perform Salat properly can he
kiss any women?

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 7 Surah
Aaraaf verse 33:
33 Say: The things that my Lord hath indeed forbidden are: ‘fahisha’
(shameful or indecent deeds) whether open or secret; sins and
trespasses against truth or reason; assigning of partners to Allah for which he
hath given no authority; and saying things about Allah of which ye have no
knowledge.
Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 6 Surah
Anaam verse 151:
151 Say: "Come I will rehearse what Allah hath (really) prohibited
you from": join not anything as equal with Him; be good to your parents:
kill not your children on a plea of want;
We provide sustenance for you and for them; come not (even) nigh to ‘fahisha’
(shameful or indecent deeds) whether open or secret; take not life
which Allah hath made sacred except by way of justice and law: thus doth He
command you that ye may learn wisdom.
The guidance of the Messenger of Allah (saws) unto his
noble companion, and the subsequent quoting of the Aayah (11:114) does not in
any way endorse or allow that one who fears Allah and offers their prayers
perfectly is allowed to kiss any (non-mehram) woman….for the acts of ‘fahisha’
in all its forms are absolutely and categorically forbidden to every believer
who sincerely fears and Allah and the Last Day!
The message which the Messenger of Allah (saws) portrayed
to his noble companion was that if one, in their ignorance, happens to
transgress one of the prescribed Boundaries of their Lord through the
commission of a sin, and subsequently the believer turns unto his Lord in
sincere ‘taubah’, and does good righteous deeds thereafter…..it is expected
that their Lord Most Merciful would accept the ‘taubah’ of His repentant slaves,
and their good deeds will completely obliterate their evil deeds.
Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 6 Surah
Anaam verse 54:
When those come to you who believe in Our
Signs, say: "Peace be on you! Your Lord had inscribed for Himself (the rule
of) Mercy. Verily if any of you did evil in ignorance, and thereafter repented and amended (his
conduct), Lo! He is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful."
Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 39 Surah
Zumur verses 53-54:
(O Prophet) say: “O My servants who have wronged
their own souls….Do not despair of
Allah’s Mercy! Surely, Allah forgives all sins. He indeed is the All Forgiving, All Merciful. Return to your Lord and submit to Him before
the scourge overtakes you; for then you
may get no help from anywhere.”
Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 3 Surah Ale
Imraan verse 135-136:
Allah
likes such good people very much, who,
if ever they commit a base deed or wrong their own soul by the
commission of a sin, remember Allah
instantly, and ask for forgiveness from
Him for their shortcomings. For
who, but Allah, can forgive sins? (And Allah loves those) who do not knowingly
persist in the wrongs they did. These
will be rewarded with forgiveness from Allah,
and with Gardens beneath which canals flow, and they will reside therein forever! How excellent is the reward of those who do
good deeds!
Al-Tirmidhi Hadith 2357 Narrated by Abdullah ibn Mas'ud
Allah's Messenger (saws) said, "He who
repents of a sin is like him who has committed no sin."
The noble companion committed a sin when he kissed a
‘non-mehram’ woman, and such was his guilt and his fear of the Accounting of
the Last Day that he went to the Messenger of Allah (saws) and informed him
about his transgression…..and the Messenger of Allah (saws) guided him (and the
Ummah) on how to purify oneself from ones sins; ie. repentance, and the
constant striving to do good deeds….for it is ‘taubah’ and repentance which
obliterate ones major sins, and it is the doing of good deeds which obliterate one’s
minor sins.
Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 11 Surah
Hud verse 114:
114 And establish regular prayers at the two ends of the day and at the
approaches of the night: for those
things that are good remove those that are evil: be that the word of
remembrance to those who remember (their Lord):
Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only
due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me
alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is
the Only Source of Strength.
