One of our brothers/sisters has asked this question:

One  group of people says story  r hadis r wakia i dont know During our prophets(PBUP) period one lady with her son embrace islam. after few months she lost her son due some health problems. After that  the lady asked our prophet (PBUP)let me pray 2 rakath. our prophet agreed. she did two rakath and asked allah to make his son alive r else she will have to hear lot words from her relatives that u embrace islam and u lost ur son . After  words her son got up.

 

I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IS IT TRUE .

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

 

Respected brother in Islam, to the best of our knowledge there is absolutely no such record which even remotely resembles the above quoted incident in the authentic and established Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah (saws)….And Allah Alone Knows Best.

 

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone.  Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.
