Answer:

Dua to recover loan

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Your Question: MY QUESTION TO YOU IS THAT THERE IS A DUA TO PAY THE DEBT, BUT IS THERE A DUA FOR THE DUES TO COME FROM SOME OTHER PERSON ? ?

To the best of our knowledge there is no such dua or supplication related in the Quran or the Sunnah whereby one is repaid the debt which one is owed!  Having said that there is no dua or supplication to recover one’s debts, there is indeed ample guidance in the Glorious Quran and the Sunnah regarding this matter:

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 2 Surah Baqarah Verses 280-281:

280    If the debtor is in a difficulty grant him time till it is easy for him to repay.  But if ye remit if by way of charity that is best for you if ye only knew.

281    And fear the Day when ye shall (all) be brought back to Allah.  Then shall every soul be paid what it earned, and none shall be dealt with unjustly.

Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 3.486         Narrated by Abu Huraira

The Prophet (saws) said, "Procrastination (delay) in paying debts by a wealthy man is injustice.”

Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 3.292         Narrated by Abu Huraira

The Prophet (saws) said, "There was a merchant who used to lend (his goods to) the people, and whenever his debtor was in straitened circumstances, he would say to his employees, 'Forgive him so that Allah may forgive us.' So, Allah forgave him."

Sahih Muslim Hadith 3795     Narrated by Abdullah ibn Abu Qatadah

Abu Qatadah (r.a.) demanded (the payment of his debt) from his debtor but he disappeared; later on he found him and he (the debtor) said: ‘I am hard up financially’ whereupon he (Abu Qatadah (r.a.)) said: ‘(Do you state it) by Allah?’  He (the debtor) said: ‘By Allah.’ Upon this he (Abu Qatadah (r.a.)) said: ‘I heard Allah's Messenger (saws) say: ‘He who loves that Allah saves him from the torments of the Day of Resurrection should give respite to the insolvent, or remit (his debt).’

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone.  Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.

Your brother and well wisher in Islam,

Burhan
