Answer:
What to recite in
ruku sujood
In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His
help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide,
and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness
that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that
Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

When one recites or hears a verse of the Glorious Quran
pertaining to a particular subject, it would be good etiquette to say or
declare the following:

Sunnah acts of
prayer, Saying 'Ameen
It is Sunnah for
everyone to say 'ameen’ after reciting al-Fatihah. The word ‘ameen’ is not part of Surah
al-Fatihah, but rather a supplication meaning, "O Allah, respond (to, or
answer what we have said). It should be
said aloud in the prayers where the recital is aloud, and quietly in the
prayers where the recital is silent.
Said Na'eem
al-Mujamir, "I prayed behind Abu Hurairah and he said, 'In the name of
Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful,' then recited Surah al-Fatihah, and
closed it with 'ameen’. The people also
said 'ameen’. After the prayer, Abu
Hurairah said, 'By the One in whose Hand is my soul, I have followed the prayer
of the Prophet (saws)."

Al-Bukhari, an-Nasa'i, Ibn Khuzaimah, Ibn Hibban and Ibn as-Siraj.
Ibn Shihab
(az-Zuhri) said, "The Messenger of Allah (saws)would say 'ameen’ (after
recitation of Surah al-Fateha in prayers)."
Related by Bukhari.
It is indeed a preferred Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah
(saws) for the believers to declare the ‘Ameen’ aloud after the recitation of
Surah Al-Fatihah in the congregational prayers where the Imaam recites the
Surah aloud.
If the believeing woman praying in congregation fears that
non-mehram men would hear her voice if she declared the ‘Ameen’ aloud, there is
no harm if she declares the ‘Ameen’ in her heart.
Your
Question: ….and during qayamul lail during witr duaa also should i say ameen in
each duaa aloud?
There is no harm whether one declares the ‘Ameen’ aloud or
in their hearts during the supplications made in the ‘qunut’ during
congregational prayers.
Your
Question: ….during qayamul lail ruku & sajdah is a long wait, so after
subhanallahil azeem & subhan rabbi aala, what one should recite as there is
enough time after saying 11 times also?
Sahih Muslim Hadith 970 Narrated by Abdullah ibn Abbas (part)
The Messenger of Allah (saws) said: ‘I have
been forbidden to recite the Qur'an in the state of bowing (ruku) and
prostration (sajdah) in prayer. So far as the Ruku (bowing in prayer) is
concerned, Extol in it the Great and Glorious Lord, and while prostrating
(sajdah in prayer) yourselves be earnest in supplication, for it is fitting that
your supplications should be answered.’
The Prophet (saws) said, 'The closest one of
you comes to his Lord is while he is prostrating, (therefore) make many
supplications therein.' And he (saws) also said, 'I have prohibited you from
reciting (Quran) while bowing or prostrating. During the bowing, Glorify the
Lord. During the prostrations, strive your hardest in making supplications.
Most likely, you will be listened to."
Related by Ahmad and Muslim.
In the state of ‘ruku’, one should strive to earnestly
extol and glorify the Lord Most High, preferably an odd number of times; and in
the state of ‘sajdah’, after one has glorified their Lord, one should strive to
make supplications.
Your
Question: ….after rabban lakal hamd, what i must recite after standing from
ruku? pls. send in arabic
Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 1.764 Narrated by Rifaa bin Rafi Az Zuraqi
One day we were praying behind the Prophet
(saws). When he (saws) raised his head from ‘ruku’, he (saws) said,
"Sami'a-l-lahu liman hamida." A man behind him said, "Rabbana
walaka-l hamd; hamdan kathiran taiyiban mubarakan fihi" (O our Lord! All
the praises are for You, many good and blessed praises). When the Prophet
(saws) completed the prayer, he (saws) asked, "Who has said these words?"
The man replied, "I." The Prophet (saws) said, "I saw over
thirty Angels competing to write it first." Prophet rose (from ruku) and
stood straight till all the vertebrae of his spinal column came to a natural
position.
Although the declaration of ‘Rabbana wa lakal hamd’ would
suffice, there is no harm if one wishes to further extol or glorify the Lord,
or make some supplications.
Your
Question: ….in sajdah after i finished subhanrabbial aala, can i make duaa in

The Prophet (saws) said, 'The closest one of
you comes to his Lord is while he is prostrating, (therefore) make many
supplications therein.' And he (saws) also said, 'I have prohibited you from
reciting (Quran) while bowing or prostrating. During the bowing, Glorify the
Lord. During the prostrations, strive your hardest in making supplications.
Most likely, you will be listened to."
Related by Ahmad and Muslim.
After glorifying Allah Subhanah during the prostrations,
it is preferred for the believers to make any number of supplications in their
prostrations. Although one is at
absolute liberty to make supplications unto their Lord Most Gracious in any
language they wish, during one’s prayers it would be best and preferred that
one strive to make all their recitations, declarations, and supplications in
the Arabic language.
During the state of prostration in prayer, after one has
glorified their Lord, one may make any number of supplications derived from the
Glorious Quran and the established Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah (saws).
Your

Fiqh-us-Sunnah Fiqh 1.161
Topic: Sunnah acts of prayer, supplications
after the ‘Last Tashahud’ and before the ‘Tasleems’:
It is preferred for the person in prayer to
supplicate after the final ‘tashahud’ and before making the final salutations
(that end the prayer). The person may ask for whatever he wishes of the good of
this life and the hereafter. Ibn Mas'ud reported that the Prophet (saws) taught
him the ‘tashahud’ and then said, "Then choose whatever you wish to ask
(of Allah)." (Related by Muslim.)
It is a preferred Sunnah to make one or more
supplication/s after the last ‘tashahud’ and before the ‘tasleems’, and one is
at liberty to make any supplication from amongst the ‘masnoon’ supplications as
taught by Allah and His Messenger (saws).
‘Rabbig firli ….’ is indeed from amongst the ‘masnoon’
supplications and perfectly acceptable if one wishes to make it before their
‘tasleems’ in prayer.
Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only
due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me
alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is
the Only Source of Strength.
