I have also witnessed aa Sheikh who would send a jinn to be in someone's body so that when that person speaks, to anyone, those people listens and do as what the possessed person wants without questioning.
Mu' meneen Brothers and Sisters,
As Salaam Aleikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh.
(May Allah's Peace, Mercy and Blessings be upon all of you)
One of our brothers/sisters has asked
this question:
As
salaam alaykum brother, thanks for this but i really am left in wonder, i
believe what the quran says, but i dont know what to think about things that i
have come accross to witness. like those people who are believed to be
possessed by Jinns, would give you information about things that will
happen in the near future and it happens to be true.
I have
also witnessed aa Sheikh who would send a jinn to be in someone's body so that
when that person speaks, to anyone, those people listens and do as what the
possessed person wants without questioning, even if they didnt plan to agree to
such a thing prior,
As
well, i have seen sheikhs who would read some quranic verses to get rid of
jinns from possessed people who have been sick for so long and then the person
will just stop being ill,
Infact
one Sheikh from Mombassa also told me that the jinns are there but you need a
special knowledge to see and command them, and as human beings are created as
Khalifa - Rulers aof the Universe, then we can even use the jinns to do various
activities good and bad, e.g building wonderful palaces e.g Taj Mahal of India,
etc
its an
experience that really confuses us. Please clarify more, I am on Quran and
Sunah but i would like to have a clear and thorough understanding so that i can
replicate this knowledge to my fellows in clear conscious.

Answer:
Jinns can tell future
In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His
help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide,
and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear
witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear
witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His
Messengers.
Your
Statement: As salaam alaykum brother, thanks for this but i really am left in

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 33 Surah
Ahzaab verse 36:
It does not behove a believing man and a
believing woman that when Allah and His Messenger have given their decision in
a matter, they should exercise an option
in that matter of theirs. For whoever
disobeys Allah and His Messenger, has
indeed strayed into manifest error.
Beloved Sister, it is possible that one may witness an
incident with one’s own eyes and derive a particular conclusion…but that
conclusion or determination may not be the Absolute Truth! For example, one may see and witness with
their very own eyes a so-called ‘magician’ or an ‘illusionist’ seemingly do the
impossible or even make a whole building like the ‘Taj Mahal’ disappear….but
that is merely an ‘illusion’ and not he truth!
Thus absolutely regardless of whatever one might have
experienced or witnessed, if one’s conclusion happens to conflict with the
guidance declared by Allah and His Messenger (saws)…..then it would only be an
extension of one’s faith that one stand firm and steadfast on the Opinion and
Declaration of what is declared in the Quran and the Sunnah, even if it may
mean that one might have to compromise one’s own opinion and conclusion! For Allah is our witness sister, whatever is
declared by Allah Subhanah and His Messenger (saws) is the Total and Absolute
Truth; and in that Truth have the believers put their trust and their belief.
Your
Statement: ….like those people who are believed to be possessed by Jinns,
The Jinns are a distinct creation of Allah who have their
own test of life ordained for them by Allah Subhanah, and they too will have a
full accounting of their deeds on the Day of Judgment like the humans.
Allah is our witness sister, the one and only reason a
believer believes in the existence of the Jinn is because the Lord Creator has
Declared the existence of Jinns in His Glorious Qruan….Allah is our witness
sister, if Allah and His Messenger (saws) had not made it known to mankind
regarding the creation and the existence of the Jinns, there would have been
absolutely no reason for a believer to believe in their existence….just as
there is absolutely no reason to believe in what is popularly known in
different pagan cultures and nations as ‘ghosts’, ‘witches’, ‘goblins’, etc.!
The system or nature of this life created by the Lord Most
High is that every person is responsible for the deeds he does with his own
will. If the ‘jinns’ had the power or
could possess someone, then whatever that person does or says, he does not do
or say with his own will but rather it would be the will of the Jinn! If a jinn could posses a human being, he
could murder someone, rape someone, steal something, etc. and make the human
being he has possessed do many an evil deed….and the innocent person could be
held guilty in a court of law and punished for something he did not will to
do!!!! The whole system of life and the
test that the All-Knowing, All-Wise Lord has bestowed would be in total
disarray…and no ones’ life or property would be safe on this earth!
Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 114 Surah
An-Naas verses 4-6:
4 (Say: I seek refuge in
Allah ) from the mischief of the whisperer (of evil) who withdraws
(after his whisper)
5 (The same) who whispers into the hearts
of mankind
6 Among Jinns, and among men.
Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 14 Surah
Ibraheem verse 22:
22 And the Shaytaan (on the Day of Judgment) will say when the matter
is decided: "It was Allah Who gave you a promise of Truth: I too promised,
but I failed in my promise to you. I
had no authority over you except to call you, but ye listened to me:
then reproach not me but reproach your own souls. I cannot listen to your cries nor can ye
listen to mine. I reject your former act
in associating me with Allah. For
wrongdoers there must be a Grievous Penalty."
In light of the above absolutely clear guidance of the
Quran, the absolute maximum the Jinn has the power to do is to whisper some
evil into the hearts of men, and inspire man to commit some evil! They have absolutely no power to help or hurt
any human being, and they absolutely do not possess the power to possess a
human being.
Thus not only is the guidance of the Holy Quran against
the very concept of a jinn possessing a human being, but even logically it is
absolutely impossible for a jinn to possess a human being and make him do his
will!
If there is one amongst the human beings who claims or
believes that Jinns can possess; but their claim and belief is against not only
the faculties of intelligence and wisdom of man, but against the clear guidance
of the Quran and the Sunnah! It is upto
you to decide which one of the two claims deserve your belief.
Your Statement:
……would give you information about things that will happen in the near

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 31 Surah
Luqman verse 34:
34 Verily the knowledge of the Hour is with Allah (Alone). It is He (Alone) Who sends down rain and He
(Alone) Who knows what is in the wombs. Nor
does anyone know what it is that he will earn on the morrow: nor does
anyone know in what land he is to die.
Verily with Allah is full knowledge and He is acquainted (with all
things)
Dear and Beloved Sister in Islam, amongst the Absolutely
Exclusive Attributes of Allah Subhanah is that He Alone is The All-Knowing, The
All-Seeing and The All-Hearing; and He Alone has perfect Knowledge of
everything that happened in the past and will happen in the future. No one, and we reiterate, absolutely no one
in creation has the Knowledge of the ‘future’ or the ‘unseen’!
Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 6 Surah
Anaam verses 59-60:
59 With Him (Allah) are the keys of the Unseen, the treasures that none
Knows but He. He Knows whatever there is
on the earth and in the sea. Not a leaf doth fall but with His knowledge: there
is not a grain in the darkness (or depths) of the earth, nor anything fresh or
dry (green or withered), but is (inscribed) in a Record Clear.
60 It is He (Allah) Who doth take your souls by night and hath
Knowledge of all that ye have done by day.
By day doth He raise you up again; that a term appointed be fulfilled;
in the end unto Him will be your return, then will He show you the truth of all
that ye did.
Not even the Noble Prophets of Allah ever claimed that
they had the knowledge of the future or the unseen, except that which Allah
Subhanah pleased to reveal to them by ‘wahi’ or inspiration.
Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 7 Surah
Aaraaf verses 187-188:
187 They ask thee (O Prophet) about the (final) Hour, when will be its
appointed time? Say: "The knowledge
thereof is with my Lord (Alone): none but He can reveal as to when it will
occur. Heavy were its burden through the
heavens and the earth. Only all of a
sudden will it come to you. They ask thee as if thou wert eager in search
thereof: Say: "The knowledge thereof is with Allah (Alone) but most men
know not."
188 Say (Prophet (saws)): "I have no power over any good or harm to
myself except as Allah willeth. If
I had knowledge of the unseen I should have multiplied all good and no
evil should have touched me; I am but a warner and a bringer of glad tidings to
those who have faith."
Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 6 Surah
Anaam verses 48-51:
48 We send the Messengers only to give good news and to warn: so those
who believe and mend (their lives), upon them shall be no fear nor shall they
grieve.
49 But those who reject Our Signs, them shall our punishment touch for
that they ceased not from transgressing.
50 Say (O Prophet (saws)): "I tell you not that with me are
the treasures of Allah, nor do I know what is hidden, nor do I tell you
I am an Angel. I but follow what is
revealed to me." Say: "Can the
blind be held equal to the seeing?"
Will ye then consider not?
51 Give the warning to those in whose (hearts) is the fear that they
will be brought (to judgment) before their Lord: except from Him they will have
no protector nor intercessor: that they may guard (against evil).
If anyone feels or believes that anyone other than Allah
Subhanah has knowledge of the future or the unseen, they would be guilty of
sharing one of Allah’s Absolutely Exclusive Attributes with one amongst His
creation; and that would be a clear and manifest form of the heinous and
unforgivable crime of ‘shirk’!
Allah
says in the Quran: Chapter 4 Surah An-Nisa Verse 48
’Shirk’
is the only sin that Allah does not forgive, and He forgives, whomsoever He
pleases, sins other than this. For
whosoever associates any other partner with Allah, does indeed forge a big lie
and commits the most heinous sin
Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 5 Surah
Maidah verse 72:
Whoever commits ‘shirk’. Allah shall forbid for
him Paradise, and Hell shall be his
abode. And for such wrong doers there will be no one
to help.
Your
Statement: ……would give you information about things that will happen in
the near future and it happens to be true.
Beloved Sister, if I declare today that such and such a
person will experience a fall tomorrow or have an accident tomorrow…..and
indeed perchance the person falls or has an accident does not mean that I know
the future……and if Allah forbid, I were to declare that I have knowledge of the
future just because one of my blind predictions and absolute guess-works came
true….there would not be a bigger liar than me on this planet earth!
To believe one whose absolute blind guess of a future
prediction happened to come true possess the knowledge of the ‘future’ or the
‘unseen’ would be a folly beyond compare!
Your
Statements: I have also witnessed aa Sheikh who would send a jinn to be in

didnt plan to agree to such a thing prior,

These supposed ‘sheikhs’ who claim to control the jinns
are nothing but absolute and total conmen who thrive, play, and make a
substantial living on the absolute ignorance of their followers!
If these supposed ‘sheikhs’ could get the jinns to cure
people’s illness, there would be no need of hospitals in the world…nor would
any amongst mankind suffer any illness!
Your
Statement: Infact one Sheikh from Mombassa also told me that the jinns are

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 7 Surah
Aaraf verse 27:
27 O ye children of Adam! Let not the Shaytaan seduce you in the same
manner as he got your parents (Adam and Hawwa) out of the Garden stripping them
of their raiment to expose their shame: for he and his tribe watch you from a
position where ye cannot see them: We made the ‘shayateen’
friends (only) to those without faith.
The literal meaning of the very term ‘Jinn’ in the Arabic
language means one who cannot be seen!
Allah Subhanah has Himself declared in His Glorious Quran in the above
quoted Verse that the Jinns cannot be seen…..and the supposed ‘sheikh’ from
Mombassa has the gall to declare that Jinns can be seen!
Who do you think has a bigger right to be believed…Allah
Subhanah The Lord of the Worlds, or this supposed ‘sheikh’ from Mombassa!!!!
Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 33 Surah
Ahzaab verse 4:
4 … But Allah tells (you) the
Truth and He shows the (Right) Way.
Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 4 Surah
Nisaa verse 87:
87 … And whose Word can be truer
than Allah's?
Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 4 Surah
An-Nisa verse 122:
The promise of Allah is true, and who can
be truer in his Word than Allah?
My beloved sister in Islam, even if all amongst mankind
were to stand together and claim that the Jinn can be seen, or a Jinn can
posses a human being and make him say and do his will; and they were all to
claim they themselves have witnessed this supposed phenomena of the ‘unseen’
.... and The Lord Most High Declares in His Quran that the Jinn cannot be seen
by humans, nor can they possess and make humans do their will….then if you have
to, stand alone on the side of Words and Guidance of Truth of Allah Subhanah;
for none can be truer in His Word than Allah, the Lord of the Worlds!
Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 39 Surah
Zumar verse 41:
41 Verily We have revealed the Book (Al-Quran) to thee in Truth for
(instructing) mankind. He then that
receives guidance benefits his own soul: but he that strays injures his own
soul. Nor art thou set over them to
dispose of their affairs.
Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 10 Surah
Yunus verses 32-33:
32 Such is Allah your real Cherisher and Sustainer: apart from Truth
what (remains) but error? How then are ye turned away?
33 Thus is the Word of thy Lord proved true against those who rebel:
verily they will not believe.
If one trusts, obeys, and follows the guidance and
commands of Allah and His Messenger (saws),
one can be assured of never ever being misled; but if one believes, obeys and follows any
other guidance, other than that of Allah and His Messenger (saws), one can be
assured of being led astray.
Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only
due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me
alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is
the Only Source of Strength.

well wisher in Islam,
