One of our brothers/sisters has asked this question:

CORRECTION:
Asalam walaikum Burhan Bhai,

with reference to your question 3704, the english liguistic translation of Debt dua seems to be incorrect. It read as "(Allah humma akfini be halaaleka un haraamik, wa agnena MIN Fadhleka amman Sewaak.) Instead of "MIN fadhleka" it should be "BI fadhleka".

Please correct.

Correction dua debt

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

 

Dear and beloved brother in Islam, the Sunnah dua and supplication is indeed ‘…..bi-fadhleka’ as you have mentioned and we seek the sincere forgiveness of Allah Subhanah for our error and our oversight.  May Allah Subhanah bless and reward you for bringing this correction to our attention.
