Answer:

Sleep nude naked

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Your Question: pls clear my doubt about the sleep naked.

Al-Muwatta Hadith 47.9

Yahya related from Malik from Salama ibn Safwan ibn Salama az-Zuraqi that Zayd ibn Talha ibn Rukana that the Messenger of Allah (saws) said: 'Every ‘deen’ has an innate character; and the (innate) character of Islam is modesty.'

Sunan of Abu-Dawood Hadith 4006  Narrated by Mu'awiyah ibn Haydah

I asked: ‘O Messenger of Allah (saws), from whom should we conceal our private parts and to whom can we show?’ The Prophet (saws) replied: ‘Conceal your private parts from all except from your wife and from whom your right hands possess.’  I then asked: ‘O Messenger Allah (saws), (what should we do), if the people are assembled together?’ He (saws) replied: ‘If it is within your power that no one looks at it (your private parts), then no one should look at it.’ I then asked: ‘O Messenger of Allah (saws), if one of us is alone, (what should he do)?’ He (saws) replied: ‘Allah is more entitled than people that bashfulness should be shown to Him!’

Al-Tirmidhi Hadith 3115        Narrated by Abdullah ibn Umar

Allah's Messenger (saws) said: "Avoid being naked, for with you are those who never leave you (the Angels) except when you are relieving yourselves and when a man has intercourse with his wife; so observe modesty before them and honor them."

In light of the above absolutely clear guidance of the Messenger of Allah (saws) it would not be considered permissible and appropriate for a believer who sincerely fears Allah and the Last Day to sleep or walk about in the nude, except when one goes to the privy or when one intends to enjoy sexual intercourse with their wife.

Your Question: …if aperson remove his cloth while sleeping but covering his complete body either with bedsheet or blanket so that no one can see his body the is it ok or not?

Beloved brother, because in the state of sleep one has absolutely no control over their movements, and it is very possible that during one of their inevitable turns during sleep one may uncover or expose one’s ‘satr’…..thus it would be best, purest and akin to piety and righteousness if one did not sleep in the state of nakedness.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone.  Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.

Your brother and well wisher in Islam,

Burhan
