Answer:
Aqiqa
In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask
for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever
He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that
there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that
Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.
Q-1:without Aqueeqa
boys name has not completed.
Sunan of Abu-Dawood Hadith 2832 Narrated by Samurah ibn Jundub
The Prophet (saws) said: ‘A child is in
pledge for his ‘Aqiqah’, sacrifice is made for it on the seventh day, its head
is shaved and it is given a name.’
It is Sunnah to offer the ‘Aqiqah’ sacrifice on the 7th
day of the birth of the child, shave the hair of the new born, and assign the
child a good name.
The ‘aqiqah’ sacrifice is a preferred Sunnah of the
Messenger of Allah (saws) and the believers should strive their utmost in
following the Sunnah; but if for some genuine reason one is unable to offer the
‘aqiqah’ sacrifice during the stated period, there is no harm if one assigns the
name and offers the sacrifice at a later date…. it is expected that their
sacrifice will be accepted by the Lord Most Merciful.
Q-2: Is it right or
wrong that without Aqeeqa boys or girls always falls in illness or other
decease?
Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 2 Surah
Baqarah verses 155-157:
155 Be sure We shall test you with something of fear, and hunger, some
loss in goods, or lives. or the fruits (of your toil); but give glad tidings to
those who patiently persevere.
156 Who say when afflicted with calamity: "To Allah we belong and
to Him is our return."
157 They are those on whom (descend) blessings from Allah and Mercy, and
they are the ones that receive guidance.
Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 7.545 Narrated by Abu Said Al Khudri and Abu
Huraira
The Prophet (saws) said, "No fatigue, no
disease, no sorrow, no sadness, no hurt, no distress befalls a Muslim, even if
it were the prick he receives from a thorn, but that Allah expiates some of his
sins for that."
Sahih Muslim Hadith 6244 Narrated by Jabir ibn Abdullah
Allah's Messenger (saws) visited Umm Sa'ib or
Umm Musayyib and said: ‘Umm Musayyib, why is it that you are shivering?’ She said: ‘It is fever and may it not be
blessed by Allah’, whereupon he (the Prophet (saws)) said: ‘Don't curse fever
for it expiates the sin of the posterity of Adam just as furnace removes the
alloy of iron.’
Dear and beloved brother in Islam, know and believe with
absolute conviction that the life of this short and transitory world is a place
to do deeds, and it is only in the Hereafter where the results of one’s deeds,
good or evil, will be recompensed.
The advent of diseases or illnesses that afflict a child
(or anyone) is not a result of one’s doing something or not, but a mere test
and trial from their Lord to see how the slave reacts when put in a certain
condition.
The disease or illness of a new-born is absolutely
irrelevant to whether the ‘aqiqah’ sacrifice has been performed at its birth by
their parents/guardians!
Q-3: In how many
minimum time Aqueeqa would be done after born?
The guidance and the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah
(saws) is to perform the ‘aqiqah’ sacrifice on the 7th day after the
birth of the new born.
Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to
Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only
Source of Strength.
Your brother and
well wisher in Islam,
Burhan
