i have three children ( one 15th year boy and another is 13th year boy and one gril she is 7'years 6month .one important important question is if we go for this year hajj with my daughter can its possible. andits important to go for again  hajj after matured my daughter ,one problem we have we cannot live any where my daughter to stay .she won't stay with me so can do plssssss give reply as soon as posible.

Answer:

 

Hajj of a child

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

 

Beloved Sister in Islam, your two boys who are aged 15 years and 13 years will both be considered adults in Shariah, and if they were to accompany you to the Hajj, they would be deemed to legally have fulfilled their obligatory duty of Hajj unto their Lord.

 

Ibn Abbas (r.a.) reports: "The Prophet (saws) said: 'Any minor (child) who performs Hajj must perform it again after coming of age.’"

Related by At-Tabarani.

 

As-Sa'ib bin Yazid (r.a.) says: "My father performed Hajj with the Prophet (saws) who was performing his Farewell Hajj, while I was only seven years old."

Related by Ahmad, Bukhari and Tirmidhi, who noted: "All scholars agree that if a minor performs Hajj, he must repeat his Hajj upon coming of age.

 

Hadrat Umar (r.a.) and Ibn Abbas (r.a.) both reported that during a Hajj a woman lifted a boy, and asked the Prophet (saws), "Will this boy be rewarded for Hajj?" The Prophet (saws) answered: "Yes, and you too will be rewarded." (The boy will be rewarded for his obedience, while the mother will be rewarded for helping and instructing him to perform Hajj.)

 

There is absolutely no harm if you wish to take your 7-year old daughter along with you to the Hajj, but because she has obviously not reached the age of puberty, she will be considered a child in Shariah; thus your daughter will have to perform her obligatory Hajj again when she has become an adult.  But there is absolutely no harm and no restriction in Shariah if you wish to take your 7-year old daughter or child to the Hajj along with you.
