Answer:
Control sexual desire
In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask
for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever
He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that
there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that
Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.
Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 29 Surah
Ankabut verse 45:
45 Recite what is sent of the Book (Al-Quran) by inspiration to thee and
establish Regular Prayers: for Prayer (helps) restrain one from
‘al-fahisha’ (shameful, indecent deeds); and Remembrance of Allah is
the greatest (thing in life) without doubt. And Allah knows the (deeds) that ye
do.
Dear and beloved brother in Islam, the only thing that has
the power to restrain one from committing sin is the constant Remembrance and
Fear of Allah Subhanah; that on one Inevitable and Tumultuous Day, every soul
will be brought absolutely alone in the Presence of the Lord Most Exalted, Most
High to give a full and complete accounting of one’s deeds! If and only if one is able to develop this
constant remembrance and fear of that Tumultuous Day of Accounting, one would
be able to restrain himself from transgressing the clear boundaries of Allah
Subhanah. And amongst the absolute best
ways of developing this ‘taqwa’ or constant fear of the Lord Most Majestic, is
to recite the Glorious Quran with understanding and the establishment of
regular prayers….for it is regular prayer and constant remembrance which helps
restrain one from ‘al-fahisha’ (illegal sexual intercourse, shameful and
indecent deeds, etc.)
Dear and beloved brother in Islam, as big a sin as
‘fahisha’ or ‘zina’ or illegal sexual intercourse is in the Sight of Allah;
those who fear their Lord, and only because of that fear of their Lord restrain
themselves from indulging in it, their reward for their abstinence is nothing
short of the Eternal Gardens of Paradise!
Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 79 Surah
Naziat verses 34-41:
34 Therefore when there comes The Great Overwhelming (event)
35 The Day when Man shall remember (all)
that he strove for
36 And Hell-Fire shall be placed in full
view for (all) to see
37 Then for such as had transgressed all
bounds
38 And had preferred the life of this world
39 The Abode will be Hell-Fire;
40 And for such as had entertained the fear of standing before their
Lord's (Tribunal) and had restrained (their) soul from lower desires
41 Their abode will be the Garden.
Sahih Al-Bukhari HadithHadith 8.481 Narrated bySahl bin Sad
Allah's Messenger (saws) said, "Whoever
can guarantee (the chastity of) what is between his two jaw-bones and what is
between his two legs (i.e. his tongue and his private parts), I guarantee
Amongst the practical steps one can and should take to
stop his unlawful temptation and desires is to marry as soon as possible, for
marriage helps one lower his gaze and guard his chastity; and if for a genuine
reason one is unable to marry at this time, one should observe voluntary fasts,
for fasting diminishes ones sexual power.
Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 7.4 Narrated by Abdullah
We were with the Prophet (saws) while we were
young and had no wealth whatever. So Allah's Messenger (saws) said, "O
young people! Whoever among you can marry, should marry, because it helps him
lower his gaze and guard his modesty; and whoever is not able to marry, should
fast, as fasting diminishes his sexual power."
Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to
Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only
Source of Strength.

well wisher in Islam,
