One of our brothers/sisters has asked
this question:
can we
spray deodrant body spray or talc powder in RAMADAN bcaus of the climate if i
break the fast bfor namaz i.e after the azaan is it correct or wrong
(There may be some grammatical and spelling
errors in the above statement. The forum does not change anything from

Answer:
Deo powder in fast
In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask
for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever
He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that
there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that
Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.
Your Question: can
we spray deodrant body spray or talc powder in RAMADAN
There are five things which will break or invalidate the fast:
The application of perfume, or deodorant body sprays, or
talc powder, etc. do not violate the sanctity or have any relation to the
validity of one’s fasts whatsoever in the least.
Your Question: bcaus
of the climate if i break the fast bfor namaz i.e after the azaan is it correct
or wrong
Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 2 Surah
Baqarah verse 187:
187 Permitted to you on the night of the fasts is the approach to your
wives. They are your garments. And ye are their garments. Allah knoweth what ye used to do secretly
among yourselves; but He turned to you and forgave you; so now associate with
them and seek what Allah hath ordained for you, and eat and drink until the
white thread of dawn appear to you distinct from its black thread; then
complete your fast till the night appears; but do not associate with
your wives while ye are in retreat in the mosques. Those are limits (set by) Allah; approach not
nigh thereto. Thus doth Allah make clear
His signs to men that they may learn self-restraint.
No human being who ever walked
on this planet earth feared Allah Subhanah more, loved Allah Subhanah more,
worshipped Allah Subhanah more, or understood the Commands of the Lord better
than the noble self of the Last and Final
Messenger of Allah, Mohamed ar-Rasool Allah (saws)…..and the Messenger of Allah
(saws) understood and implemented the above quoted Command of the Lord ‘….then complete your fast till the night appears’ to
mean as soon as the sun had completely set.
Sahl ibn Sad
reported that the Prophet (saws) said: "The people will always be with the
good as long as they hasten in breaking the fast."

Sunan of Abu-Dawood Hadith 2346 Narrated by Abu Hurayrah
The Prophet (saws) said: ‘Religion will
continue to prevail as long as people hasten to break the fast, because the
Jews and the Christians delay doing so.’
Said Sahl ibn Sa'd narrated that the Prophet
(saws) said: "All the Prophets of Allah have been ordered to hasten the
breaking of the fast and to delay the ‘suhoor’ (pre-fast dawn) meal.’

Anas reported:
"The Messenger of Allah (saws) would break his fast with ripe dates before
he would pray (Magrib prayers). If those were not available, he would eat dried
dates. If those were not available, he would drink some water."

Dawud, al-Hakim, and by at-Tirmidhi.
It is the absolutely preferred Sunnah of the Messenger of
Allah (saws) to break one’s fast immediately after the sun has completely set;
ie. at the first call of the ‘magrib’ adhaan; and offer their ‘magrib’ prayers
after breaking their fast.
To offer one’s ‘magrib’ prayers first and only then break
one’s fast would be to act against the guidance of Allah and His Messenger
(saws).
Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to
Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only
Source of Strength.
