Answer:
Details of book fiqh us sunnah
In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask
for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever
He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that
there is no one (no idol, no person, no
grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai,
nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that
Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.
Q-1:
written by whom
The Book ‘Fiqh-us-Sunnah’ was compiled by one of the most
eminent scholars of the 20th century by the name of Shaikh Syed
Saabiq of Egypt. Normally the books of
‘Fiqh’ or ‘Islamic Jurisprudence’ before the compilation of this work by Shaikh
Syed Saabiq were topic based and extremely voluminous in nature for the average
believers. Shaikh Syed Saabiq compiled
this masterpiece from the various volumes of ‘Fiqh’ and ‘Islamic Jurisprudence’
books of the eminent scholars before him in a concise summary in the
‘Fiqh-us-Sunnah’, and is accepted today amongst the scholars as amongst the
best reference books on Islamic Jurisprudence.
Q-2:
what is authenticity we can be assumed for references?
Beloved brother, every aspect of ‘Fiqh’ or ‘Islamic
Jurisprudence’ can and must be derived only from two sources of knowledge: The
Glorious Quran or the authentic Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah (saws). Thus the authenticity of the various rulings
on Islamic Jurisprudence by any compiler or recorder will be based only on the
authenticity of the evidence they provide from the Quran or Sunnah.
Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to
Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only
Source of Strength.
Your brother and well wisher in
Islam,
Burhan
