Answer:

Ghusl sinus

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person,  no grave, no prophet,  no imam,  no dai,  nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 5 Surah Maidah verse 6:

6        O ye who believe!  When ye prepare for prayer wash your faces and your hands (and arms) to the elbows; rub your heads (with water); and (wash) your feet to the ankles.  If ye are in a state of ceremonial impurity (after sexual intercourse) bathe your whole body.  But if ye are ill or on a journey or one of you cometh from offices of nature or ye have been in contact with women and ye find no water then take for yourselves clean sand or earth and rub therewith your faces and hands.  Allah doth not wish to place you in a difficulty but to make you clean and to complete His favor to you that ye may be grateful.

When one experiences a full sexual discharge or when the male private organ touches or penetrates the female private organ, it is absolutely obligatory that a ‘ghusl’ or full bath of physical purification is performed before one makes oneself available for prayer.

If one is ill or has a medical condition, and on medical advice is cautioned that having a bath would severely deteriorate their health; then one has a valid excuse and in such an extreme situation one should purify themselves through ‘tayammum’ or pure sand or earth; it is expected that the Lord Most High will accept their excuse and their form of purification from major sexual impurity.

Your Question: now should we bath after continous intercourse regularly or is there any option

If your question is regarding whether one should perform the ‘ghusl’ or full bath of purification after every intercourse when the couple wish to perform multiple intercourse, then there is room in Shariah that the couple need not perform ‘ghusl’ after each intercourse, but simply do the ‘wudu’ or ablution after each intercourse and perform the ‘ghusl’ or full bath of purification after the final intercourse or before one makes oneself available for prayer.

Fiqh-us-Sunnah Fiqh 1.41a

If a person in a state of post-sex impurity wants to eat, drink or have intercourse again, he should perform ablution.

Said 'Aishah, "When the Prophet (saws) was in a state of impurity because of intercourse and wanted to eat or sleep, he would perform ablution."

Ammar ibn Yasar reported that the Prophet permitted a person in post-sex impurity to eat, drink or sleep if he performed ablution first.

Related by Ahmad and at-Tirmidhi.

Abu Sa'eed reported that the Prophet (saws) said, "If one has intercourse with his wife and wants to repeat the act, he should perform ablution. It makes the return more vivacious."

Related by Muslim, Tirmidhi, Abu Dawood, Ibn Khuzaimah, Ibn Hibban and al-Hakim.

If one wishes to have more than one intercourse with one’s wife, one need not take a ghusl or full bath between the two intercouses, but rather he should perform the ‘wudu’ or ablution between them.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone.  Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.

Your brother and well wisher in Islam,
