In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask
for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever
He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that
there is no one (no idol, no person, no
grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai,
nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that
Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Question: is it a sin to have intentions to go to heaven,,,the main reason is

The only reason for the creation of humankind by the Lord
Creator, the only reason for the Merciful Lord to appoint and send His
Prophets, and the only reason the Merciful Lord Revealed His Books of Guidance
was to let mankind know the test their Lord Most Gracious had involved them in,
give them the good news regarding the impending rewards that await those who
pass their test, and warn them against the inevitable punishments that await
those who fail.
Thus beloved sister, every believer who sincerely believes
in Allah and the Last Day, must make a single-minded and focused mission of his
life to attain those unimaginable and unending rewards of Paradise….and at the
very least, absolutely make sure that whatever it takes and whatever sacrifices
he might have to bear in this short period of one lifetime, he wants to stay
absolutely clear of ever even approaching the flames of Hell-Fire!
Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 3 Surah
Ale-Imraan verses 131-133:
131 (O ye who believe) Fear the fire which
is prepared for those who reject faith.
132 And obey Allah and the Messenger; that ye
may obtain Mercy.
133 Be quick (as if) in a race for forgiveness from your Lord and for a
Garden whose width is that (of the whole) of the heavens and of the earth,
prepared (only) for the Righteous.
Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 32 Surah
Sajdah verses 18-20:
18 Is then the one who believes no better than the one who is
rebellious and wicked? Not equal are they!
19 For those who believe and do righteous deeds are Gardens as
hospitable homes for their (good) deeds.
20 As to those who are rebellious and wicked their abode will be the
Fire: every time they wish to get away therefrom they will be forced thereinto
and it will be said to them: "Taste ye the Penalty of the Fire, the which
ye were wont to reject as false!’
Far from being a sin, it is an absolute must that every
believer should make it his one and only mission in life to attain

Dear and beloved sister in Islam, this very thought and
belief that if perchance one did not get what one wished in the life of this
short and temporary world, one will have permanent and everlasting access to it
in the Hereafter is precisely what gives and enhances patience, forbearance,
and steadfastness….qualities that would lead one towards the Eternal Mercy and
Unlimited Rewards of the Lord Most Gracious, Most Bounteous.
Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 29 Surah
Ankabut verses 57-59:
57 Every soul shall have a taste of death: in the end to Us shall ye be
brought back.
58 But those who believe and work deeds of righteousness to them shall

My dear and beloved sister, regardless of whatever
intentions one has to attain Paradise….as long as those intentions inspire one
to strive the necessary striving that leads one to the door-steps of
Paradise….they cannot be wrong, nor can they be a sin!
The Solemn Promise of none other than the Majestic Lord of
the Worlds is that He will provide and reward the fortunate dwellers of
Paradise whatsoever their hearts may desire; and Allah Subhanah is our witness
sister, none is Truer to his word than The Lord Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
It may be that you may ask your Lord for someone better
than the one whom you love so much today to be your companion in Paradise; or
it may be that the love that you have for the person today may diminish with
the advent of time; or it may even be that the one whom you so love (Allah
forbid) does not even make it to Paradise…..
But rest assured sister, as long as one is fortunate
enough to attain Paradise, they shall have whatsoever their hearts may
desire…and Allah is our witness, never ever shall any of those fortunate and
permanent guests of the Lord will ever be disappointed or dissatisfied with the
provisions from their Lord Most Gracious.

Quran Chapter 32 Surah Sajdah verse 17:

what comfort of the eyes has been kept hidden from them, as a recompense for their (righteous) deeds!

Allah says
in the Holy Quran: Chapter 16, Surah An-Nahl Ayat 125:
Invite to the way of your Lord with
wisdom and excellent admonition and argue with people in the best manner. Your
Lord knows best who has gone astray from His Way and who is Rightly guided.
Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 103 Surah
Al-Asr verses 1-3:
1 By (the Token of) time.
2 Verily Man is in loss.
3 Except such as have (1) Faith, and (2) do
righteous deeds; and (3) exhort each other in the mutual teaching of
Truth, and (4) exhort each other towards Patience and Constancy.
Dear and Beloved Sister in Islam, May Allah Subhanah
increase your love for the deen and give you the courage, wisdom, and ability
to fulfill the obligatory duty of the propagation of His Truth which He has
laid upon His believing slaves.
Your
Question: Please guide me how to do da` waah.
It would indeed be considered an ultimate service and
striving in the Way of your Lord if one could find the time and the energy to
associate oneself with an organization which is dedicated in the propagation of
the Truth to all who are willing listen to good caution.
But to fulfill the obligatory duty of ‘dawah’ or
propagation of the Truth, one does not necessarily have to join an organization
or ‘dawah’; for every believer is a ‘walking-talking’ dai or propagator of the
Truth. The way a believer adorns
himself, the way a believer behaves, the way a believer treats his fellow man,
the way a believer treats his colleagues, the way a believer deals with others,
his/her morals, his/her character, his/her every statement and every deed can
and does influence the thinking of all those who meet or associate with
him/her.
Thus the first and foremost, and the absolutely most
effective way to propagate the Truth of the Lord is to first and foremost,
implement the dictates of the deen on oneself in every aspect of one’s life;
and secondly, whenever you meet or associate with one who does not believe,
strive with wisdom, politeness, and in the absolute best manner to strike a
conversation which would result in inviting the person towards the
understanding of this beautiful ‘way of life’ called Al-Islam.
Then depending on how much time you have the attention of
the person, strive with wisdom to invite them to understand the whole of the
deen, or even an aspect of it. For example,
if one were to meet someone momentarily during a bus or train or plane journey,
it would not be wisdom to explain the whole deen in the short span of the
journey; but rather an aspect of the deen which would instigate their hearts
towards the Truth would suffice. But if
one were targeting a friend, or a colleague, or a neighbor whom one meets on a
regular basis, then one has enough time and must employ a method which would
result in a complete invitation.
Beloved Sister in Islam, the truth is that there are a
billion (ie. innumerable) ways which can be employed to invite someone to the
irrefutable Truth of this beautiful deen called Al-Islam; and only wisdom will
dictate which method is most suitable to strike the right cord of each
individual being.
In light of the guidance of the Quran and the Sunnah, and
in our own humble and insignificant experience, two ways or rules if followed,
seem to bring about the best results:
Rule-1: Never try to ridicule or abuse the self-declared
deities or gods of the disbelievers, nor try to directly challenge or prove
their beliefs as falsehood and wrong; for this challenge almost always closes
the door of logic! Allah has bestowed
every person with intelligence, reasoning, and a sense right and wrong, and in our
humble and truly insignificant experience, it is better to instigate the logic
of those who don’t believe and with wisdom propagate, display, and lay open the
Truth to them and let them themselves determine the Truth from the falsehood.
Rule-2: Propagate the Truth in such a way that would get
the brethren who do not believe to somehow read and understand the Glorious
Message of the Lord Creator, The Al-Quran, in a language they understand
best. Allah is our witness sister, this
Glorious Miracle of the Quran, which the Lord has revealed for the guidance of
all mankind, has a way of its own; provided one reads and understands it
without any pre-conditions or prejudice.
Allah Subhanah has truly made His Al-Quran a ‘Furqaan’ or a Criterion
between the Truth and the falsehood!
Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 2 Surah
Baqarah verse 185:
Ramadan is the month in which the Quran was sent
down: this Book is a Perfect Guidance for mankind and consists of clear
Teachings which show the
