what is the penalty of having anal sex with your spouse. what does shariah say

Answer:

 

Punishment for anal sex

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person,  no grave, no prophet,  no imam,  no dai,  nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

 

Al-Tirmidhi Hadith 3192        Narrated by Khuzaymah ibn Thabit

The Prophet (saws) said, "Allah is not ashamed of the truth. Do not have intercourse with women through the anus."

 

 Al-Tirmidhi Hadith 3195       Narrated by Abdullah ibn Abbas

Allah's Messenger (saws) said, "Allah will not look at a man who has intercourse with a man or a woman through the anus."

 

Sunan of Abu-Dawood Hadith 2157  Narrated by Abu Hurayrah

The Prophet (saws) said: ‘He who has intercourse with his wife through her anus is accursed.’

 

Sunan of Abu-Dawood Hadith 3895  Narrated by Abu Hurayrah

The Prophet (saws) said: ‘If anyone resorts to a diviner and believes in what he says, or has intercourse with his wife when she is menstruating,  or has intercourse with his wife through her anus,  he has nothing to do with what has been sent down to Muhammad (saws).

 

The Messenger of Allah (saws) absolutely forbade the believers to have anal sex with their wives; and warned that the person who practices this abomination would be accursed and Allah Subhanah will not even glance His Look of Mercy on such people.

 

To the best of our knowledge, there is no prescribed penalty in Shariah for the doers of this abomination of anal sex in the life of this world; but their punishment in the Hereafter in the Supreme and Majestic Court of Allah Subhanah would be very severe indeed.

 

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me.  Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.
