Answer:

Zakah payment

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person,  no grave, no prophet,  no imam,  no dai,  nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad(saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Q-1: if i get 100000 this year and pay zakat 2.5%. and next year i get again 100000 ,should i pay zakat for 200000 since i paid zakat for the previous 100000 should i payfor my whole existing wealth?

The general condition of determining the zakah is that it is paid on the nett worth and excess wealth of the person which has been in his possession for a period of twelve calendar months.

If one has excess wealth to the amount of 100,000 in his possession for a period of one year, one should pay 2.5% of this excess wealth as zakah.  If one gets another 100,000 and has it in his possession for one year, then the next year the zakah will be payable on the accumulated savings of 200,000.

Q-2: if i get 100000 this year and i spend for my living.25000 should i pay fpr 100000 or the balance 100000-25000 =75000.

Zakah is not due on what one spends, but rather what excess wealth one has in his possession for a period of one year.  Thus the zakah in the above case would be payable only on the balance 75,000, provided one has that amount in his possession for a period of one year.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me.  Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.

Your Brother in Islam,

Burhan
