I asked u a question about more than 8 or 9 months ago. But did not got any answer from u. I am asking the same question again. Please do give me answer as soon as possible as I am very disturb due to this situtaion.
To get u better understand my question I have to first tell u a short history behind this question. We r three brothers used to live together. Now a days I am living separate because my other two brothers moved to another city for the business we bought over there, but we have very good relationship with each other. Now the problem is when we bought this business we contribute all together to buy this business but the major share (or money) contributed to buy this business was from my elder brother, my share was very little and the third brother was also not that big but mush better than me. Now the problem I am in is that my elder brothers(who contributed more money) earning was not all from HALAL sources (there was a portion of it which was from his salary). Now my third brother who also had the halal way of earning before we bought this business had a cell phone and he also buy one for me, as I was also looking for cell phone deals those days, coz company was giving him a deal that if he bought two connection it will cost him $60 which in normal situation cost $80. And he pay the bill for the phone, of course, with the earning from that business. Now I do not know that to use that cell phone is HALAL for me or not coz I fear angar of ALLAH if it is not HALAL for me.

Confirmation if business halaal or haraam

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person,  no grave, no prophet,  no imam,  no dai,  nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad(saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

 

Your Question: Now I do not know that to use that cell phone is HALAL for me or not coz I fear angar of ALLAH if it is not HALAL for me.

If the money invested by your brother has a portion of halaal earnings in it, then there is absolutely no harm if you use the cell phone given by him, and paid for by the earnings of the business.  The sin of the haraam part of the investment lies with the person alone who earned that portion of the haraam wealth.
