Answer:
In the name of Allah, We praise
Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can
misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We
bear witness that there is no one (no idol,
no person, no grave, no
prophet, no imam, no dai,
nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that
Muhammad(saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.
If the animal is being
slaughtered for sacrifice, then the
correct dua or supplication to be prayed at this time is: Allah humma hada minka wa lak. Bismillah. Allah o Akbar. (O Allah,
this [animal for sacrifice] is from You and for You. In the Name of Allah. Allah is the Greatest.)
It is imperitive that the ‘Bismillah
Allah o Akbar’ is pronounced on each animal that is being slaughtered
separately.
It is not permitted that ‘Bismillah
Allah o Akbar’ is said once, and
several animals are separately sacrificed.
But if there is such a machine
which is invented that it can accommodate the slaughter of several animals at
the same time, then there is no harm if
the person operating the machine
pronounces the ‘Bismillah Allah o Akbar’ once and several animal are
slaughtered simultaneously through that machine.
Whatever written of Truth and
benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error
is of me. Allah Alone Knows Best and He
is the Only Source of Strength.

Islam,
