Translation:

80. Or do they think that We hear not their secrets and their private counsels? Indeed (We do) and Our Messengers are by them to record.

4678. However secretly men may plot, everything is known to Allah. His Recording Angels are by, at all times and in all places, to prepare a Record of their Deeds for their own conviction when the time comes for Judgment.
