40) Chapter: What Has Been Related About Looting Being Disliked
Narrated Anas:
That the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Whoever plunders then he is not of us."
[Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan Sahih Gharib as a Hadith of Anas.
40) باب مَا جَاءَ فِي كَرَاهِيَةِ النُّهْبَةِ
حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلاَنَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ غَرِيبٌ مِنْ حَدِيثِ أَنَسٍ . " مَنِ انْتَهَبَ فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا "
