27) Chapter: Abrogation Of The Hadith That Ablution Is Obligatory For Him Who Takes Something Cooked With The Help Of Fire
Ibn 'Abbas reported:
The Apostle of Allah (ﷺ) happened to pass by (the dead body) of the goat which belonged to the freed slave-girl of Maimuna and said: Why did you not make use of its skin?
27) باب طَهَارَةِ جُلُودِ الْمَيْتَةِ بِالدِّبَاغِ
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ أَبِي سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم مَرَّ بِشَاةٍ لِمَوْلاَةٍ لِمَيْمُونَةَ فَقَالَ . " أَلاَّ انْتَفَعْتُمْ بِإِهَابِهَا "
