31) Chapter: The best of charity is that which is given when one is healthy and inclined to be stingy
This hadith has been narrated with the same chain of transmitters except with this change (of words):
" Which charity is most excellent?"
31) باب بَيَانِ أَنَّ أَفْضَلَ الصَّدَقَةِ صَدَقَةُ الصَّحِيحِ الشَّحِيحِ
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كَامِلٍ الْجَحْدَرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ، حَدَّثَنَا عُمَارَةُ بْنُ الْقَعْقَاعِ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ نَحْوَ حَدِيثِ جَرِيرٍ غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ أَىُّ الصَّدَقَةِ أَفْضَلُ .
