37) Chapter: Merit Of The Morning And Afternoon Prayers And Exhortation To Guard Them

Waki' reported (this hadith) with the same chain of transmitters (that the Holy Prophet) said:

You will be soon presented before your Lord, and you will see Him as you are seeing this moon, and then recited (the above-mentioned verse). But (in this hadith) no mention is made of Jarir.

37) باب فَضْلِ صَلاَتَىِ الصُّبْحِ وَالْعَصْرِ وَالْمُحَافَظَةِ عَلَيْهِمَا ‏

وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، وَأَبُو أُسَامَةَ وَوَكِيعٌ بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ وَقَالَ ‏‏ ‏.‏ وَقَالَ ثُمَّ قَرَأَ ‏.‏ وَلَمْ يَقُلْ جَرِيرٌ ‏.‏ "‏ أَمَا إِنَّكُمْ سَتُعْرَضُونَ عَلَى رَبِّكُمْ فَتَرَوْنَهُ كَمَا تَرَوْنَ هَذَا الْقَمَرَ ‏"
