Answer:

Husband cheating dream

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person,  no grave, no prophet,  no imam,  no dai,  nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 9.144         Narrated by Abu Huraira

There are three types of dreams: ‘The reflection of one's thoughts and experiences one has during wakefulness, what is suggested by the Shaytaan to frighten the dreamer, or glad tidings from Allah.  So, if someone has a dream which he dislikes, he should not tell it to others, but get up and offer a prayer.'

Dear and Beloved Sister in Islam, one cannot determine or base one’s decisions of life simply on the basis or evidence of a dream.  Allah has bestowed each amongst mankind with intelligence and the power of reasoning, and one must study the evidence and ‘asbaabs’ available and then come to a proper decision.

In all probability, it seems that your dreams are no more than a ploy of the Shaitaan trying to sow discord and distrust between you and your husband in your sacred relationship of marriage.  Beloved Sister, unless and until you have proper physical evidence which would imply that your husband was cheating on you, you should disregard this dream in its entirety, seek refuge from Allah from the ploys of the evil Shaytaan, abstain from relating the dream to anyone, and remain constant in your prayers and your supplications to your Lord Most Merciful.

If you do have proper evidence and physical signs to believe that your husband is indeed cheating on you, you have a right to pursue the case further; but under no circumstances would it be considered righteousness or intelligence if one were to pursue a case based simply on the basis of a dream.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me.  Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.

Your Brother in Islam,

Burhan
