In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His
help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide,
and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear
witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear
witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His
Messengers.
Bible: Book of Genesis Chapter 17 verses 15-21:
15 And God said unto Abraham, As for
Saiai thy wife, thou shalt not call her name Sarai, but Sarah
shall her name be.
16 And I will bless her, and give
thee a son also of her: yea, I will bless her, and she shall be a mother
of nations; kings of people shall be of her.
17 Then Abraham fell upon his face,
and laughed,
and said in his heart, Shall a child be born unto him that is a hundred
years old? and shall Sarah, that is ninety years old, bear?
18 And Abraham said unto God, O that Ishmael
might live before thee!
19 And God said, Sarah thy wife shall bear
thee a son indeed; and thou shalt call his name Isaac: and I will establish my covenant
with him for an everlasting covenant, and with his seed after him.

will multiply him exceedingly; twelve princes shall he beget, and I will make
him a great nation.

when he saw their hands went not towards the (meal) he felt some mistrust of
them and conceived a fear of them. They
(the Angels) said: "Fear not: we have been sent against the people of
Lut."
71 And his
wife was standing (there) and she laughed: but We gave her glad tidings of Isaac
and after him of Jacob.
72 She
said: "Alas for me! Shall I bear a child seeing I am an old woman and my
husband here is an old man? That would indeed be a wonderful thing!"
73 They (the
Angels) said: "Dost thou wonder at Allah's Decree? The grace of Allah and
His blessings on you O ye people of the house! For He is indeed worthy of all
praise full of all glory!"
Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chatper 2 Surah Baqaah verse
124:
124 And
remember that Abraham was tried by his Lord with certain commands which he
fulfilled; He said: "I will make thee an Imam (leader) to all the
nations." He pleaded: "And also (Leaders) from my
offspring!" He (Allah) answered:
"But my promise is not within the reach of evil-doers."
Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chatper 15 Surah Hijr verses
51-56:
51 Tell
them about the guests of Abraham.
52 When
they entered his presence and said "Peace!" He said "We feel
afraid of you!"
53 They
said: "Fear not! We give thee glad tidings of a son (Isaac) endowed with
wisdom."
54 He
said: "Do ye give me glad tidings that old age has seized me? Of what then
is your good news?"
55 They
said: "We give thee glad tidings in truth: be not then in despair!"
56 He
said: "And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord but such as go
astray?"
Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chatper 29 Surah Ankabut
verse 27:
27 And We
gave (Abraham) Isaac and Jacob and ordained among
his progeny Prophethood and Revelation and We granted him his reward in this
life; and he was in the Hereafter (of the company) of the Righteous.
Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chatper 19 Surah Maryam
verses 58-59:
58 Those
were some of the prophets on whom Allah did bestow His Grace of the posterity
of Adam and of those whom We carried (in the Ark) with Noah and of the posterity
of Abraham and Israel of those whom We guided and chose;
whenever the Signs of (Allah) Most Gracious were rehearsed to them they would
fall down in prostrate adoration and in tears.
59 But
after them there followed a posterity who missed prayers and followed after
lusts: soon then will they face destruction.
Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chatper 28 Surah Saad verses
45-48:
45 And
commemorate Our servants Abraham Isaac and Jacob
possessors of power and vision.
46 Verily
We did chose them for a special (purpose) proclaiming the Message of the
Hereafter.
47 They
were in Our sight truly of the company of the Elect and the Good.
48 And
commemorate Ismail Elisha and Zul-Kifl: each of them was of the
company of the Good.
Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chatper 3 Surah Ale-Imraan
verses 84-85:
84 Say:
"We believe in Allah and in what has been revealed to us and what was
revealed to Abraham, Ismail, Isaac, Jacob, and the Tribes and in (Books) given
to Moses Jesus and the Prophets from their Lord; we make no distinction between
one and another among them and to Allah do we bow our will in submission."
85 If
anyone desires a religion other than Islam (submission to Allah) never will it
be accepted of him; and in the Hereafter he will be in the ranks of those who
have lost (all spiritual good).
Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chatper 4 Surah Nisaa verses
163-166:
163 We have
sent thee inspiration as We sent it to Noah and the Messengers after him; We
sent inspiration to Abraham, Ismail, Isaac, Jacob, and the Tribes,
to Jesus, Job, Jonah, Aaron, and Solomon, and to David We gave the Psalms.
164 Of some
Prophets We have already told thee the story; of others We have not; and to
Moses Allah spoke direct.
165 Prophets
who gave good news as well as warning that mankind after (the coming) of the Prophets
should have no plea against Allah: for Allah is Exalted in Power Wise.
166 But
Allah beareth witness that what He hath sent unto thee He hath sent from His
(Own) Knowledge and the Angels bear witness: but enough is Allah for a Witness.
Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chatper 3 Surah Ale-Imraan
verses 33-34:
33 Allah
did choose Adam and Noah the family of Abraham and the family of
Imran above all people.
34 Offspring
one of the other; and Allah heareth and knoweth all things.
Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chatper 37 Surah Saffaat
verses 112-113:
112 And We
gave him (Abraham) the good news of Isaac a Prophet, one of the
Righteous.
113 We
blessed him and Isaac: but of their progeny are (some) that do
right and (some) that obviously do wrong to their own souls.
Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chatper 19 Surah Maryam
verses 49-50:
49 When he
(Abraham) had turned away from them and from those whom they worshipped besides
Allah, We bestowed on him Isaac and Jacob and each one of them We
made a prophet.
50 And We
bestowed of Our Mercy on them and We granted them lofty honor on the tongue of
truth.

The Noble Prophet Abraham had two sons, both of whom were
declared righteous and Prophets by the Lord: the elder was Ismail from Hagar, and
the younger was Isaac from Sarah…… and as confirmed by the above quotations
from both the Bible and the Quran, the Lord promised that He will build nations
from both the seeds of Abraham.
The Lord Most High fulfilled His Covenent and from the
progeny of the Noble Prophet Isaac rose the great nation of
The Lord Most Exalted also fulfilled His covenent to build
a nation from the seed of the Noble Prophet Ismail….for the Last and Final
Messenger of Allah, Prophet Mohamed (saws) is a direct descendant of the Noble
Prophet Ismail, son of Abraham (may peace be upon them all).
Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chatper 2 Surah
Baqarah verses 136-137:
136 Say ye (O Muslims): "We believe in Allah and the Revelation
given to us and to Abraham, Ismail, Isaac, Jacob, and the Tribes, and
that given to Moses, and Jesus and that given to (all) Prophets from their Lord
we make no difference between one and another of them and we bow to Allah (in
Islam)."
137 So if they believe as ye believe they are indeed on the right path;
but if they turn back it is they who are in schism; but Allah will suffice thee
as against them and He is the All-Hearing the All- Knowing.
The Quran is in agreement with the contents of the Bible
regarding the covenant of the Lord to emerge great nations and Prophets from
both the seeds of Abraham, from the descendants of the Noble Prophets Isaac and
from Ismail.
Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only
due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me
alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is
the Only Source of Strength.
