Answer:

Obey husband or mother

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is none worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Your Question: IN ISLAM CHILDRENS PARADISE IS UNDER THE FEET OF THEIR MOTHER AND WIFES PARADISE IS UNDER THE FEET OF HER HUSBAND, SO WHEN A FEMALE GET MARRIED AND WHEN SOME PROBLEM ARISES .. WHOM SHOULD SHE LISTEN TO HER MOTHER OR HER HUSBAND? I HOPE U UNDERSTUD THE QUESTION

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 17 Surah Bani Israel verses 23-24:

Your Lord has enjoined the following: You should not worship anyone but Him Alone!  Treat your parents with great kindness;  if either or both of them attain old age, do not even say ‘uff’ to them;  nor rebuke them;  but speak to them kind words.  Treat them with humility and tenderness and pray, “O our Lord,  be merciful to them, just as they brought me up with kindness and affection in my childhood.”

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 31 Surah Luqman verse 14:

14      And We have enjoined on man (to be good) to his parents: in travail upon travail did his mother bear him and in years twain was his weaning: (hear the command) "Show gratitude to Me and to thy parents: to Me is (thy final) Goal.

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 4 Surah Nisaa verse 34:

34      Men are the protectors and maintainers of women because Allah has given the one more than the other and because they support them from their means.  Therefore the righteous women are devoutly obedient, and guard in (the husband's) absence what Allah would have them guard (their honor, their chastity, their husband’s property, etc.)

Al-Tirmidhi Hadith 3254        Narrated by Anas ibn Malik

Allah's Messenger (saws) said, "When a woman observes the five times of prayer, fasts during Ramadan, preserves her chastity and obeys her husband, she may enter by any of the gates of Paradise she wishes."

Al-Tirmidhi Hadith 3272        Narrated by Abu Hurayrah

When Allah's Messenger (saws) was asked which woman was best he replied, "The one who pleases (her husband) when he looks at her, obeys him when he gives a command, and does not go against his wishes regarding her person or property by doing anything of which he disapproves."

Beloved sister in Islam, as much as the children in Islam are commanded to obey their parents and the wife in Islam is commanded to obey her husband, one should remember that under no circumstances is this command of obedience unconditional, for unconditional obedience is due to none save Allah and His Messenger (saws).

Al-Tirmidhi HadithHadith 3696         Narrated byAn-Nawwas ibn Sam'an

Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him) said, "A creature is not to be obeyed when it involves disobedience to the Creator."

It is the obligatory duty of the believing woman to devoutly obey both, her parents as well as her husband in all lawful matters.  But if her parents or her husband were to command her to do anything which involves the disobedience of the Creator, their this specific command will not be obeyed.  If ones’ parent or husband commands the children or wife to stop praying, or stop fasting, or remove the hijaab, or indulge in the haraam, or break blood relations, etc., these commands will not be obeyed as they involve the disobedience of Allah and His Messenger (saws).

Your Question: …..SO WHEN A FEMALE GET MARRIED AND WHEN SOME PROBLEM ARISES .. WHOM SHOULD SHE LISTEN TO HER MOTHER OR HER HUSBAND?

If indeed a problem arises whereby a believing woman is forced to choose between the command of her parents or her husband…..she should always stand on the side of the command which is closest to justice and the truth.

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 4 Surah Nisaa verse 135:

135    O ye who believe! Stand out firmly for justice as witnesses to Allah even as against yourselves, or your parents, or your kin, and whether it be (against) rich or poor: for Allah can best protect both.  Follow not the lusts (of your hearts) lest ye swerve and if ye distort (justice) or decline to do justice, verily Allah is well-acquainted with all that ye do.

Your Question: IS ALLOWED IN ISLAM TO COLUR THE HAIR with the COLOURING PRODUCTS?,I HAVE READ THAT PROPHET ASKED US TO COLOUR THE HAIR TO LUK DIFFERENT FRM THE NON MUSLIMS,

The Messenger of Allah (saws) himself,  and some of his closest companions used to dye their hair with henna and/or ‘katam’ (dye of plants used as hair-color).

Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 1.167         Narrated by Ubaid Ibn Juraij

‘And about the dyeing of hair with Hinna;  no doubt I saw the Messenger of Allah (saws) dyeing his hair with it and that is why I like to dye (my hair with it).’

Al-Muwatta Hadith 51.8

Yahya related that Abd ar-Rahman ibn al-Aswad ibn Abdal-Yaghuth used to sit with us and he had a white beard and hair.  One day he came to us and he had dyed them red, and the people said to him, 'This is better.'   He said, 'Aisha, the wife of the Prophet (saws) sent her slave girl Nukhayla to me yesterday.  She informed me that Abu Bakr as-Siddiq used to dye his hair.'

Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 5.257         Narrated by Anas (the servant of the Prophet)

When the Prophet arrived (at Medina), there was not a single companion of the Prophet who had grey and black hair except Abu Bakr,  and he dyed his hair with Hinna and Katam (i.e. plants used for dying hair).  Through another group of narrators, Anas bin Malik said,. "When the Prophet arrived at Medina, the eldest amongst his companions was Abu Bakr.  He dyed his hair with Hinna and Katam till it became of dark red color."

Dyeing or coloring of the hair is absolutely permissible in Islam for the believing men and women.  And if Allah has blessed one with old age, it is preferable that one does not dye their natural white hair jet-black, but rather dye it brown, dark red, or with henna or ‘katam’, etc. as was the practice of the Messenger of Allah (saws) and his noble companions.

The restrictions imposed on the hair-style of the believing women in Islam are:

  1. They should not copy or imitate the hair-styles of men

Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 8.820         Narrated by Ibn Abbas

The Messenger of Allah (saws)  invoked the curse of Allah  on men who imitate women, and those women who assume the similitude of men.

  1. They do not copy or imitate the hair-style which is specific to a pagan people or culture

Al-Tirmidhi Hadith 4649        Narrated by Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-'As

Allah's Messenger (saws) said, "He does not belong to us who imitates other people.”

Sunan of Abu-Dawood Hadith 4020 Narrated byA bdullah ibn Umar

The Prophet (saws) said: ‘He who copies any people is one of them.’

  1. They do not shape their hair by making a hump on the top of their heads.

Sahih Muslim Hadith 6840     Narrated by Abu Hurayrah

Allah's Messenger (saws) said:   “There are two types,  amongst the denizens of Hell,  I have yet not seen them.   One possessing whips like the tail of an ox and they flog people with them. (The second one) the women who would be naked,  in spite of their being dressed, who are seduced (to wrong paths) and seduce others with their hair high like humps.  These women would not get into Paradise,  and they would not perceive the odour of Paradise, although its fragrance can be perceived from such and such distance (from great distance).”

          4. They do not lengthen their hair artificially.

Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 7.133         Narrated by Aisha

An Ansari woman gave her daughter in marriage and the hair of the latter started falling out. The Ansari women came to the Prophet (saws) and mentioned that to him and said, "Her (my daughter's) husband suggested that I should let her wear false hair." The Prophet (saws) said, "No, (don't do that) for Allah sends His curses upon such ladies who lengthen their hair artificially."

To the best of our knowledge there is nothing in the Quran or the Sunnah which prohibits a believing woman from changing the color of her hair to any color of her liking, if she wishes to do so.

Your Question: …AND IS ALLOWED TO WAX ?

By ‘wax’ we assume you wish to inquire about the method of removal for any unwanted hair…..

Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 7.779         Narrated by Abu Huraira

I heard the Prophet (saws) saying. "Five practices are characteristics of the Fitra (nature): removing the pubic hair, clipping the nails, depilating the hair of the armpits; and circumcision and cutting the moustaches short (for the males)

It is permissible for the believers to use any means or method to remove the unwanted hair as they will or is convenient for them, including clipping, cutting, shaving, waxing, hair removal cream, etc.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone.  Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.

Your brother and well wisher in Islam,

Burhan
