Answer:

No Sex after Marriage

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person,  no grave, no prophet,  no imam,  no dai,  nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Your Question: i wanna know what should a wife do if her husband doesn`t like her and never do sex with her for more than 2 weeks after their marriage?

It would be highly unnatural that a husband does not approach his wife to enjoy conjugal relations with her for a long period after marriage.  Without making an issue, the wife should with extreme wisdom try to find and figure out what is it that is keeping her husband from approaching her and then with patience and wisdom try to the best of her ability to dissolve those misunderstandings.

If after giving it her best efforts, she is not able to solve the misunderstanding, she is well within her rights to seek help from her loved ones or even the parents/guardians of her husband and see if they could help solve the matter.  Even if after that the husband is still reluctant to fulfill his rights to her as her husband, the wife is well within her rights in Islam to initiate divorce proceedings and there would be no sin or blame upon her.

The husband should fear Allah and realize the injustice he is doing upon his wife by not fulfilling his duties as a husband towards her.  If he did not like the woman, he should not have married her; but once he has agreed and committed to the marriage, he is duty bound in the Sight of Allah to fulfill his duty towards his wife in full.

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone.  Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.

Your brother and well wisher in Islam,

Burhan
