I have been reading your mails and its really interesting. People who does not know about Islam Law can come to know by reading ur mails to some extend if we understand.

 

I have some thing to discuss and need ur help, would it be confidential. Because I am a very sensitive person and recently I was humiliated by my son-in-law, he slapped me because of money, which had leaded me to commit suicide but I was saved by Police.

Can I trust you,  I will request you to please do not high light my problems to anyone?

 

When you daughter is married to an outsider, is she still eligible to have her share from her mother property which was given by her father as a gift and also have a share in father"s money.

Mother in law having problem

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person,  no grave, no prophet,  no imam,  no dai,  nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad(saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

 

Your Question: When you daughter is married to an outsider, is she still eligible to have her share from her mother property which was given by her father as a gift and also have a share in father"s money.

There is absolutely no restriction in Shariah if the parents are alive, and they wish to gift any amount from their wealth to their daughter during their lifetime.  The daughter is also one of the legal heirs in Shariah, and when any parent dies, she will receive her prescribed due share of inheritance from her deceased parents.
