Answer:

Fatima (r.a) had no menses

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person,  no grave, no prophet,  no imam,  no dai,  nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad(saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

It is an absolute fabrication and a lie that Hadrat Fatimah binte Rasool Allah (r.a.) was free of menstruation or any other condition that Allah has bestowed upon the human beings as a test.

It has been the policy of some misguided people, who in their extreme love and reverence for some of the pious slaves of Allah Subhanah, try to ‘Angelize’ or ‘de-humanize’ them and in their ignorance, try to raise them above being humans.  Little do they realize that by doing so, they actually degrade the level of these most pious of slaves of Allah Subhanah!

Every condition, or tribulation, or trial that is laid upon human beings by the All Knowing, All Wise Lord, was laid upon these pious slaves and worshippers of Allah Subhanah; but it is precisely their superior control over their actions and their ‘taqwa’ that raised them to the level of obedience and God-consciousness, that Allah Subhanah inspired the Prophet (saws) to announce their superiority over all human beings, and give them the glad tidings of the eternal Gardens of Paradise even in their own lifetimes!   To ‘Angelize’ or ‘de-humanize’ them would be to deprive them of the sacrifices they gave in the Cause of Allah Subhanah; for if they did not face the conditions and the trials that are laid upon human beings, their passing their test would not be as great and sublime!  It is indeed a gross injustice the people do when they try to say such things about such pious and God-fearing slaves of Allah Subhanah.

Not only that, but to attribute such falsehood that Allah Subhanah did not put these best of worshippers in similar or more tests as the other human beings, would be to (Allah forbid) accuse the All Just Lord of being unfair and unjust on the rest of mankind!

If at all, the Sunnah of Allah Subhanah is that the more pious and God-fearing the person, the more he/she is tested by Allah Subhanah!  If one just simply studies the tests and tribulations that Allah Subhanah put on His Prophets like Nooh (a.s.), and Ibraheem (a.s.), and Moosa (a.s.), and Isa (a.s.), and Ayyub (a.s.), and Yunus (a.s.), etc., and above all, on Prophet Mohamed (saws), one would realize that a normal human being would absolutely break down under these conditions and the weight laid upon them as tests by Allah Subhanah!   These pious and righteous slaves of Allah Subhanah were tested beyond comprehension, but under the guidance of Allah Subhanah, they always remained patient and steadfast on the Path commanded to them by their Lord!

Al-Tirmidhi Hadith 1562        Narrated by Sa'd

When the Prophet (saws) was asked which people suffered the greatest affliction, he replied, "The Prophets, then those who come next to them (in Taqwa), then those who come next to them (in Taqwa). A man is afflicted in keeping his religion. If he is firm in his religion his trial is severe, but if there is weakness in his religion it is made light for him."

Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith 7.548         Narrated by Abu Huraira

Allah's Messenger (saws) said, "If Allah wants to do good to somebody, He afflicts him with trials."

Ibn Mas'ud said: "I visited the Messenger of Allah (saws)while he had a fever. I exclaimed: 'O Messenger of Allah! You have a high fever! ' He (saws) said: 'My fever is as much as two amongst you [might have].'  I asked: 'Is it because you have a double reward?'  He (saws) replied: 'Yes, that is right. No Muslim is afflicted with any hurt, even if it is no more than the pricking of a thorn, but Allah wipes off his sins because of it, and his sins fall away from him as leaves fall from a tree'."

Thus, my beloved brother in Islam, it is an absolute lie and a fabrication that Hadrat Fatimah (r.a.) did not experience the state of menses or any other condition or trial that is laid upon the human beings by Allah Subhanah.  Her greatness and her supremacy lies in the fact that she faced and passed all the tests laid upon her by the Majestic Lord, so much so that Allah Subhanah inspired the Prophet (saws) to name her amongst the best women who ever walked on this planet earth!  Such was her state of piety and ‘Taqwa’ and her deeds in the sight of the Lord of the Worlds.

Al-Tirmidhi Hadith 6181        Narrated by Anas ibn Malik

The Prophet (saws) said, "Among the women of the universe, Mary daughter of Imran, Khadijah daughter of Khuwaylid, Fatimah daughter of Muhammad (saws), and Asiyah the wife of Pharaoh, are enough for you."

Al-Tirmidhi Hadith 6162        Narrated by Hudhayfah

I heard the Messenger of Allah (saws) saying: ‘Here is an Angel who has never come down to Earth before to-night.  He asked his Lord's permission to give me a greeting and give me the good news that Fatimah will be the Chief Lady among the inhabitants of Paradise, and that (her sons) al-Hasan and al-Husayn will be the chief ones among the youths who go to Paradise.’

Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me.  Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.

Your Brother in Islam,

Burhan
