I am really surprise to see how dare you use Dawoodi Bohra name as helpline to mislead the follower of our beloved Aqua Mula Sayedna Burhanuddin Saheb. Please stop sending this misleading messages to our Bohra community. How can be your name is "Burhan" and you are so anti Bohra. What ever your are saying in context of Quran I do not agree with you as your not the scholar and expert in the translation of Quran meanings. I believe in Sayedna because he is Imam's representative and he is fully knowledgeable in the Quran saying. He gets the ilham from Imam for any Quran interpretation. Why you are using the Bohra name when you do not believe in Sayedna. Use some other name like Sunni or other religion name. I am warning you to stop this nonsense otherwise the consequence will be worst.

I do not want to say you go to hell, but I pray to Allah and take vasila of Immam Hussain to keep our mukhlis momineen way from this misleading Quran messages.

I send these messages in the name of Allah,  as Allah has commanded muslims in the Holy Quran to invite mankind to His true deen of Islam.

Syedna gets the Ilham from Imam uz Zaman

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and who-ever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person, no grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

 

Allah says in the Holy Quran: Chapter 16, Surah An-Nahl Ayat 125: Invite to the way of your Lord with wisdom and excellent admonition, and argue with people in the best manner. Your Lord knows best who has gone astray from His Way and who is Rightly guided.

 

What have we said to mislead anybody? … our only invitation is to read and understand the Glorious Quran.   Brother, keep your hatred aside, and think for a minute … how could the Holy Quran probably mis-guide somebody away from Islam.   The only people who are mis-guided are the ones who are themselves away from the guidance and understanding of the Holy Quran!

 

Regarding your question, how come my name is Burhan.   The truth of the matter is that your Syedna gave me this name himself!   What an irony!!  The full name he gave me was Burhan-uddeen, meaning evidence or proof for the deen.   And true to the name, I am asking the hierarchy to give me evidence or proof for their beliefs from the Holy Quran.

 

Allah Himself Challenges the people who invoke others besides Him, in the Holy Quran Chapter 27 Surah Al Naml verse 64: Bring forth your ‘burhan’ (evidence), if indeed what you say is the Truth!

 

Brother, please let me make this clear to you.  I am not anti-Bohra, I am just pro-Islam, pro-Quran and pro-Allah and His Messenger!   If being pro-Islam makes me an anti-Bohra, then so be it….  The brothers who follow the sect of Bohra-ism are good honest brothers, who have been deliberately, for years, kept away from the guidance of the Holy Quran.  I can only invite you to read and understand the Glorious Quran and then you decide for yourself what path you want to take to Allah.  

 

Brother, right now, we are arguing from two different tangents!  I am quoting from the Book of Allah, and you are quoting your understanding of events from the ‘waaz’ and ‘majaalis’ of the Dai, etc.  Brother, I have attended more ‘waaz’ and ‘majaalis’ of the Syedna than I can care to remember, but Allah guided me to read the Holy Quran and understand it.   What the Holy Quran was guiding towards and what the Syedna was guiding towards are as different as Paradise and Hell Fire!   This is probably the single, most important decision you and I can make.   Not only does this decision effect our life of the 50-70(maximum) years left on this earth, but it also effects our eternal afterlife in the hereafter.   No other decision is as important as this one, but unfortunately, we take it lightly and blindly follow what we have been told.   For simple decisions of this world like buying a car, a house, or which university to attend, we contemplate deeply and take thorough advice.   But for such an important matter, we just follow our forefathers and our leaders blindly!  

The Holy Quran is amongst us … the secrets of the heavens and the earth are clearly described in it.   Billions of people have been able to take guidance from it.  But a community of 1 million Bohras claim that they are the ones who are rightly guided under the leadership of their Dai!     They are told by the Dai and they sincerely believe that they are guaranteed Paradise and everyone else will go to Hell Fire!   If they are so sincere in their belief, why do they not propagate their belief to all mankind, rather than keeping it amongst themselves!   When is the last time someone converted to Bohra-ism!  When is the last time the Bohras invited mankind to follow their Dai or Imam, etc.  It just does not happen, simply because they are not the beholders of truth!   The guidance of the Glorious Quran is the truth and everything  else is nothing but falsehood!    Whoever follows the clear guidance of the Holy Quran will be in the Mercy of Allah on the Day of Judgment.   And anybody who follows anything else other than that, will have nothing but the fire of Hell around him, and on that Day, he will have no-one to blame except himself.

 

Brother, you seem like a reasonable person. And I will make you a reasonable offer.  You have a set of beliefs that you were brought up with.   Now, for once in your life, open the Holy Quran and read it in a language you understand.   Don’t get upset with me, for on the Day of Judgment you might realize, that I was your only true friend!   Read the Holy Quran and understand it, and pray to Allah Subhanah to guide you to the true deen of Islam.  Once you have read the Holy Quran, then you decide what path you want to choose to Allah and His Mercy.   If your Syedna is true, Allah will surely guide you towards him from the Holy Quran.   If he is not, Allah will Insha Allah guide you towards the true deen of Islam.   But you have to take the initiative and search for the truth.  Allah has revealed the Holy Quran as a mercy and guidance for mankind….  Maybe its about time, we took some guidance from the Holy Quran.  

 

Brother, I don’t know you personally, and you do not know me personally.   But rest assured, Allah will make us meet each other on the Day of Judgment.   Both of us cannot be on the right path.   One of us is right and one of us is wrong!   One path is going towards the Mercy of Allah, and the other to towards the Wrath of Allah.   Both of us agree that the Holy Quran is a Criterion and Judge between the truth and falsehood.   You prove me your belief from the Holy Quran, and I will join you; and I swear by Allah, I will hold your hand in the court of Allah on the Day of Judgment and bear witness that you tried to guide me to the truth.  And you bear witness to Allah, that we tried to invite you to read and understand the Holy Quran.

 

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 66 Surah Tahrim verse 6-7: O you who have believed, save yourself and your families, from a Fire whose fuel shall be the men and the stones. Over which shall be appointed fierce and stern angels, who never disobey Allah’s Command and they just do as they are ordered by Allah.   At that time it will be said, “O ungrateful ones, do not make excuses today.   You are being recompensed only for what you did (in the life gone by).”

 

May Allah guide you and us all, to read and understand the Holy Quran.   May Allah save you and us and our families, from the torment of the eternal fire of Hell.  May Allah guide us to leave aside everything else and invoke and worship Allah, the Lord of the Universe, Alone.   May Allah give you and us all, the wisdom to distinguish the truth from the falsehood.   May Allah guide us to His Mercy and Forgiveness. 

 

You say the Dai gets his interpretations of the Quran meanings by ‘Ilhaam’ from the Imam-uz-Zamaan!!  And you want me to take your word for it!!   Can you imagine, this is an article of the Bohra faith!!!   Have you ever wondered, who this Imam-uz-zamaan is?  Have you ever wondered if he is the same four year old who disappeared when the Fatimid government went down or is he his descendant?   Where is this imam-uz-zamaan today, because apparently the Bohras believe he is available on the earth today!    Does he have his own following like the Dai, or is he alone somewhere?   ‘Ilhaam’ is the arabic word for dreams …  So lets assume for a minute that the imam-uz-zamaan comes in the Dais dream and tells him everything.   But how does the Dai correspond with him?   What if the Dai wants to ask him something?   Does the imam-uz-zamaan have ‘ilm-ul-ghaib’ like Allah, so that he is All Knowing and knows everything about the community.   And one question above all:  Where is the evidence in the Quran about all these fancy stories, these fancy names, and these fancy dreams! Can you imagine Islam being a religion based on some dreams! 

 

As Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 27 Surah Al Naml verse 64: “Bring forth your ‘burhan’ (evidence), if indeed what you say is the Truth!”

 

Brother, the true guidance is the guidance of the Holy Quran.   Allah revealed the Holy Quran as a Mercy and Guidance to mankind … not something to be interpreted in the dreams of 1-man!!   You believe in all this mumbo-jumbo, because you just grew up into it.  Try converting one man in this universe to your thinking of Islam!   Islam is a religion for the whole of mankind…. Tell me when is the last time somebody converted to Bohra-sim.   If the Bohras claim to have the truth, why don’t they go and propagate this truth to the whole of mankind, like our Prophet Mohamed (saws) did in his time.  The truth is that the Messenger of Allah came with the truth of the Holy Quran, and everything else away from the truth is nothing but falsehood!!   No wonder then that Bohra-ism is confined to one small sect of one language speaking people, who never propagate their deen to mankind.  And they think that they have a special claim to Paradise.  The Jews and Christians had similar hopes and Allah calls their hopes, ‘wishful fancies’ in the Holy Quran.   Nobody has any special claims to Paradise, except the one who believes in Allah and the Last Day and does good deeds to please Allah.   He is the one Allah has promised His Mercy upon.

 

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 2 Surah Al Baqarah verse 111-112: The (Jews and Christians) say: “None shall enter Paradise unless he be a Jew or a Christian.”  These are their wishful fancies!  Say to them, “Bring your evidence if you are right in your claim!”.  The fact is that no one has any special claim to Paradise!   Whoever surrenders himself to Allah in obedience, and is a door of good deeds, shall have his reward with His Lord.   There shall be neither fear nor grief for such people.

 

Allah says in Chapter 30 Surah Rum aayat 30-32: "This (Islam) is the right and true faith, but most people do not know. (Be steadfast on this) turning wholly and sincerely towards Allah Alone, and fear Him, and establish the Salat, and do not be like the mushriks, who have set up their separate creeds and divided themselves into sects, each sect rejoicing in what it has."

 

Just think for a minute who is divided into sects.   The Bohras or the muslims who believe in the Glorious Quran.

 

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 3 Surah Ale Imran verse 31-32: O Prophet, tell the people, “If you sincerely love Allah, follow me.   Then Allah will love you and forgive you your sins, for He is All Forgiving, All Merciful.”  Also say to them, “Obey Allah and His Messenger.”  And if, in spite of this, they do not accept your invitation, warn them that Allah does not love those, who refuse to obey Him and His Messenger.

 

Allah says clearly in the Holy Quran, Obey Allah and His Messenger (saws).   Do you see “obey the imam, obey the dai, obey the bhaisaheb, obey the aamils, obey the shaikhs, etc.” anywhere?    Obey Allah and obey His Messenger … that is the truth of Islam.

 

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 23 Surah Mu’minoon verse 52-54: And you all belong to one and the same ummah, and I am your Lord; so fear Me Alone!  Yet afterwards the people divided themselves into different sects, and each sect rejoices in what it has.  Well, leave them deeply involved in their heedlessness up to an appointed time. Islam is one Ummah.   Whoever divides themselves into sects and creeds go away from the ummah of Islam.  Look around you and see who has made up sects and promise themselves every day that Paradise is theirs for the taking!  

 

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 22 Hajj verses 71-72: They invoke besides Allah, those, for whom Allah has send down no authority, nor do they themselves have any knowledge about them.   Such transgressors have no helper.   And when our clear Revelations are recited to them, you will perceive signs of disdain in the faces of the disbeliveers, as though they were going to assault those who recite our Revelations to them.

 

Just think for a minute if the one you serve devotedly and invoke day and night is Allah or somebody else. Allah has sent down no authority for anybody to be invoked except Allah Himself!  

 

 And when Allah’s clear aayahs from the Quran are recited to these people, they refuse to believe in them, saying these are your interpretations and not the ‘interpretations’ of the ‘ilhaam’ of their Dai and Imam-uz-zamaan!   Allah is free and exalted from the ‘shirk’ these people commit in the name of Islam.

 

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 6 Surah Anam verse 70: And leave alone those who have taken their ‘deen’ as a sport and past time, and have been deluded by the life of this world.   Nevertheless, you go on admonishing them by reciting the Quran to them, lest any person should be seized because of his own deeds; and that too, at a time, when there would be no protector, no helper and no intercessor to rescue him from Allah; when no conceivable amount of ransom would be accepted from him.   This is because such people shall be seized, in consequence of what they themselves had earned.

 

Alhamdolillah!   Our duty is only to invite you to the Glorious Quran.   If you believe, you do a favor to yourself.  And if you don’t, you harm nobody, except yourself.  You decide if you would like to wait for the ‘ilhaam’ of your dai, or you want to open, read and understand the Holy Quran for yourself!

 

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 3 Surah Ale-Imran verse 85: And whoever adopts any other than this way of Islam, that way shall not be accepted from him and in the Hereafter, he shall be among the losers.

 

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 39 Surah Zumur verse 22: Is one, whose heart Allah has opened to Islam, so that he has received enlightenment from Allah, no better than the one who is hard-hearted?   Woe to those whose hearts are hardened against celebrating the Praises of Allah!   They are manifestly wandering in error!

 

Dear Brother, I can re-print the whole Quran as evidence after evidence that what the Holy Quran is guiding towards is the eternal Mercy and Forgiveness of Allah.   You give me one aayah as an evidence from the Holy Quran for your belief in the Syedna!!!!!!

“Bring forth your ‘burhan’ (evidence), if indeed what you say is the Truth!”
